INGREDIENTS
- Loose Glitter in blue and yellow
- Dark blue powder shadow (I used the Maybelline brand)
- Metallic blue and silver cream eyeshadow
- Rhinestone jewels
- Liquid black eyeliner
- Barbie-pink lipstick
This makeup will look even better if you have brown eyes (blue eyeshadow really makes brown eyes pop). Apply black mascara thickly on both lower and upper lashes. Wet a medium-sized brush and apply the Metallic Blue-Green all the way from lashes to crease, extending outwards slightly. Dip your finger into the True Blue Glitter and apply directly on top of the wet eyeshadow for blindingly bright and lasting effects! Don’t worry about glitter spilling all over your face – you’ll clean it up later. :) Eyes are underlined with dark blue eyeshadow with color fading towards the inner corners and blending into the Silver. I used the same brush with a tiny bit of silver left on it to paint above the blue all the way to the brows – and quickly stuck the Neon Yellow glitter on top! If you want bright yellow results, I recommend laying a base color with a yellow shadow and applying the silver over it. I do like the pale yellow quite a bit here though.
Draw a thin line along your upper lashes extending it slightly. Do the same thing on the inner rims on lower lids. For the final touch I added 3 clear jewels under my eyes – they look like tiny water drops!
Apply foundation where needed. Always use concealer under your eyes to brighten the eye area – even if you don’t think you have dark circles. I used light pink blush on my cheeks to freshen up the complexion. Apply hot pink lipstick and you’re all done. Voila!

I cannot wait to try this one once I have the right ingredients. It seems like one of the ones a beginner might be able to attempt but still looks awesome. Love the use of rhinestones. I also cant wait for when you post a new tutorial! I’m hungry for knowlege. ^_^
