I bought their cookbook and visited the bakery during my trip to New York this past summer, and I'm craving them now! Too bad they don't deliver to Canada :( Also, to Suzanne C - the sugar substitute they use is agave syrup, a plant-derived sweetener that has the consistency of honey. It is naturally sweeter than sugar, so you can use less of it, and it does not absorb as quickly into the bloodstream, so there are no sugar highs or crashes! I LOOOOOVE Babycakes!
