INGREDIENTS

• Pink and black powder eye shadows
• Neon Pink cream shadow
• Eyelashes with red tips
• Highlighter eyeshadow
• Light pink glitter
• Revlon Illuminance creme shadow in yellow
• Black liquid eyeliner
• Hot pink lipstick

This look is based around dark, mysterious eyes. Start out by putting black mascara on your upper and lower lashes and then lining the inside rims of your eyelids with black liquid eyeliner. Be careful not to let that stuff get in your eye – it’s deadly, haha. Apply pink eyeshadow all around the eyes. Black glitter shadow goes on the outer corners (blend well into the pink around midway) and underneath the eye, over the pink. Pick up a medium-sized round brush and apply a little bit of black into the crease to create an illusion of depth. Light yellow creme shadow is applied on the inner corner of the lower lid with a small brush.

Highlighter eyeshadow is used to define the brow bone, as always. Now bust out the lashes! These are a little tricky to apply because of the red tips (minor misalignment and the dots will look uneven) but once you get that part down, the effect is mind-blowing! I visually extended the lashline by drawing on feather-like lines on the outer corners with liquid eyeliner.

Darkened/defined eyebrows with a dark brown pencil. Use a thin brush to draw on neon pink DOTS going all the way towards the hairline (they don’t have to be perfectly round!). I used the same pink eyeshadow on my cheeks as blush and mixed my own lipstick by applying a bit of red and then pink on my lips.

Draw a neon pink heart on your cheek for a touch of playfulness. I usually draw an outline with a lip liner first, and then fill it in with a cream shadow. Voila!
