INGREDIENTS

• Turquoise eyeshadow (try Jane ‘Millionaire’)
• Dark blue eyeshadow
• Turquoise and yellow glitters
• Black mascara
• Black liquid eyeliner
• Fake eyelashes
• Deep red lipstick
• Lip gloss (try Milani lip glass in red)

Apply a light layer of foundation onto your eyelids, let it dry. Apply turquoise eyeshadow generously all the way up to the eyebrows. Heck, I completely covered mine cause I don’t have any haha but if you were blessed with nice eyebrows leave ‘em be. ;) I used dark blue eyeshadow right under my eyes, extending outwards.

Dab on some lotion with your fingers on top of the turquise, distributing it evenly but try not to smudge too much. We’ll use it to create a sticky base for the glitter. :) I always apply glitter with my fingertips but you may also use Q-tips. So! Turquoise glitter is applied right on top of the sticky lotion. I decided to get adventurous and slap on some Neon Yellow glitter closer to the lashline and dab some inside the inner corners. Yellow mixes surprisingly well with turquoise, apparently.

Draw on a thin line along the lashes with liquid eyeliner, extending outwards and sort of separating the turquoise from the blue. You can see it better in the second picture. And yes, I am wearing falsies in these pictures although they are very subdued. You may try something a little more dramatic if you’d like.

Using eyelash glue, I stuck on some blue jewel stars just above the eyebrows. I got them at a crafts store (jewels, not eyebrows haha!). Apply concealer under eyes. Foundation where needed. Loose powder on top. Blush (stick to pinks). You know the drill.

My favorite part about this look! Grab a dark red pencil and create a shape you want. Fill in with red lipstick from the tube or with a brush for more precision. Give the lips a 3-D feel by adding a touch of Lip Glass to the center of the lower lip. Voila!
