Yael from Israel has a VERY cute blog - and she did a lovely write-up about yours truly. Even if she hadn’t, I’d still think her layout is the cutest!
To answer the question about getting picked up by a larger company: nope, no plans for that right now. We already have a strong following (with a very clear idea of what they want!) and are doing good on our own. At this stage, it’s all about developing our brand. As for whether we’ll stay ‘underground’ forever – depends on what you mean by ‘underground’. If it means producing cutting-edge, exciting product – then yes. If you mean staying small and having limited distribution, then hopefully not. My goal is to give every girl (and boy) the opportunity to try out Lime Crime in person. I guess what I’m saying is, we don’t know how far it will go but we are taking this to the mountain and having lots of fun along the way! :D

Hehehe she’d flip when I show her this. Yeah, this post is about you. I know her, so I’ll let her know you saw it :) She’s a huge admirer of you :)
Well, I don’t have a thing for redheads- I am one- and I prefer sifters (i drop things a lot} but i really agreed with most of that blog post. I keep having to remind myself “she’s 7&1/2 yrs. older than you and you’ve never met her and oh yeah she lives across the country so no Suzanne you’re not about to become her newest good friend” Though I don’t think Yael and I are the only ones. You have a way of making everyone feel like a good friend. This is one of the reasons I see you destined for celebrity; I mean everyone thinks they “Know” Madonna or any other celeb for that matter. You seem to posess that allure.
Wow! You’re an international sensation now!
Haha, I know what you mean! I’m such a fangirl, I always feel like I know all the guys from The Rasmus and want to marry Ville Valo…
BTW, we’ve had sealed sifters for a while now. :) She must have purchased a year ago.
All I have to say is that once you are carried in stores around the world like ulta and sephora I want to be your central texas makeup representative.
I think it would be so neat if you could get little Lime Crime boutique stores. I’m sure even the stores would be works of art in themselves
x
About your fangirl comment…I think we ALL want to marry Ville Valo!! I know I sure do :) (I’d take Linde or Burton, too!)
Like many of the other girls here, I’m waiting for the day that Lime Crime hits Sephora. You can do it!
Oh please Lime Crime in the UK would be wonderful!!!
Thanx for reading girls….
And yes, by saying “underground” I meant “exciting products”, duh:-P…
I do hope you’d expand abroad. A flagship store in Israel can be a good jumpstart point:-DDD!
Hugs and kisses from sunny Israel:-*
