No longer accepting entries after comment #224! We are going to be answering these throughout the week, please be patient! :)

When I started Lime Crime Makeup, I started receiving emails from girls looking to experiment with color but unsure which shades would look good on them. When it comes to trying bolder lipsticks or eyeshadows, it can be hard to tell what works on you and what doesn’t – and who wants makeup they don’t look good in?!
During our SpaceNK Tour, I met and recommended Lime Crime lipsticks to dozens of girls, all the while learning about coloration types. Digital Consultation Week is your chance to get mine and the LC Team’s expert opinion, as well as other girls on the blog, what shades are right for YOU!
OK! SO HOW DOES THIS WORK???
Step 1
Upload your picture to a photo-sharing site and post it in comments. Be sure the picture clearly shows your features and is not too dark.
Step 2
Describe your eye, hair and skin color to the best of your ability. If your skin has yellow, olive, or red undertones, do mention that – it matters!
Step 3
How adventurous are you willing to get? Describe on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being a ‘Color-Shy Cutie’ and ‘Rainbow Bright’s got nothing on me!’ being a 10.
Step 4
Expect a reply from me & the L.C. team – as well as other willing participants – on what colors will bring your face to life, and which shades to stay away from!

Skin- Pale, freckles easily with pinkish undertones.
Eyes- Bluish Green
Hair- Light coppery red
I’m probably somewhere around a 5 on the adventurous scale. I like some color, but I like it to be simple, chic and mature :)

Wow you’re beautiful Laura Jane!
Centrifuchsia lipstick for something bright, Airbourne Unicorn for something in the middle and Cosmopop for everyday!
Eyes? Cleopatra softly blended would look lovely with your hair, Elf (limited edition) for something bright and Nymph for a lovely every day look!
I hope I’ve been helpful!!!
I have Brown Hair, Brown eyes, VERY FAIR SKIN, with a lot of redness… I wear a lot of purples and blues and greens for make up…. I have the hardest time finding lip sticks that look good on me… I also have large pores so I don’t wear foundation or powder because it makes them look more noticeable.
I am 22 years old and I love to experiement with make up!!!
I am always willing to try something new and different, as well as something I can wear to work…
Please help…..
PS I love liquid liner!!!!

About me: I have deeo blue eyes and very fair skin and red hair. It has blue/red undertones
As for adventure I’d say 7, I like fun colors!!
(…pictures of me with a straight face are a rare, rare commodity.)
EYES: Dark chocolate. Typically look near-black outside of direct light.
HAIR: Again, a very dark, rich chocolate. Not quite as near-black as my eyes. No red or blue undertones. Currently not dyed with any colors, but I somewhat frequently have purple bangs, streaks, etc.
SKIN: Medium-to-pale peach with yellow undertones; I might also add that I lose the peachiness as I tan and am more of a bronze with very evident yellow undertones.
COLOR ADVENTUROUSNESS: 8. I’m not quite the type to rock something like No She Didn’t on a day-to-day basis and dislike having too many colors on my face at once, but I otherwise love wearing nontraditional colors and pushing the envelope.

I love my new bangs! <3 <3 <3
Eyes – brown
Hair – very dark brown
Skin – perfectly pale with yellow undertones
Adventurous Spirit – 7
I love all colors, but I'm trying to branch out from the "easy" ones (mostly pinks and dark purples, reds, and blues). I've tried to branch out with pastels, but they always end up making me look sickly. Help!

Most of the time when I do makeup I tend to stick to black/grey/white or pinks on the eyes, with accents of color coming from lower liner and lipsticks (that’s where the purples, reds, and blues come in). I would love to find real color for my eyes, and some more daring ones for my lips!
Also, thank you Doe and everyone else who is helping with this project!

Eyes: blue-gray
Hair: naturally a darker blonde color, I color it red

Color Scale: 5, but I’d love to hear some crazy suggestions.

Oh, and my hair! It’s currently a reddish brown with blonde around my face and little pieces throughout, but my hair always changes. :)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/flavorofthehair/July2010.jpg
I think I have red tone skin. >> I know when I go totally blonde, I look very red and blotchy. Otherwise, I’m not sure what my skintone is.
My eyes are bluuueee. And my hair… well, right now it’s reddish, a purple-ish auburn and the bangs are a verryyy faded pink, almost blonde.
As for color… alright, I myself have gone to 10. =3
La la la… <3
This is so awesome of you to do! I love colors but I didn’t even start wearing makeup until a few years ago so I have no idea what I’m doing, lol… I’ve been in love with Lime Crime since early 2009 and purchased some shimmers, but I love the brights, just don’t know what will look good on me!
Here’s my picture (I’m in the middle) http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c212/leliel101/three.jpg
Eyes: A dark marble green, sometimes bluish grey
Hair: Medium-Dark Brown
Skin: Olive undertones, but I also have mild rosacea, so my cheeks and nose can get quite pinkish red when I’m hot or excited (as well as my arms). On average, my cheeks always have a tint of pink (which some people have mistaken for blush!)
I usually dress up when I go to concerts and parties with friends, so I’m going to say I’d be maybe a 7-8 on the daring scale (for now – I may be less shy once I get used to brights!). I love to combine black and bright colors for my wardrobe, and LOVE glitter and shimmer. Sadly I have yet to find a foundation that doesn’t make my skin feel like it can’t breathe, so the most I would use to mellow my redness would be powder.
Thank you so much!

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for sharing the pics! For foundation: try Maybelline Mousse foundations, they are light weight on the skin :)
I dig that you like combining light and dark with a dash of sparkle in your wardrobe – let’s explore that in your makeup!
How about Empress taking the lead on your lids with some Fairy Wings in the inner corners of your eyes. Maybe even do a little Circus Girl toward the bottom – my skin has olive undertones in the summer and circus girl goes on more gold than yellow, so don’t fear it!
I’d keep your lips understated for this look, try Cosmopop in a thin subtle layer.
Have Fun!

Thanks Mark! I’m glad I already have and use fairy wings (love it) and just put in an order to try Empress and CosmoPop, among other things for the Double Rainbow promo. I have been eyeballing Empress, so double win! Very interested to try Circus Girl. I love the way it looks but wasn’t sure if yellow would work for me!
I’m hoping maybe Lime Criminal, Elf and Mermaid might help bring out my green eyes, too – read somewhere that green-blues and yellow/golds would! Looking forward to having fun when they all arrive next week!

Lucy -
Wow! You can certainly rock a classic red lip, but if you’re still searching for the perfect true red I have to give Retrofuturist its due and suggest you try it.
The first step into eye adventure I’d like to recommend is a highlight color like Fairy Wings or Nymph. I would start with just a light dab of these highlights around your lids in addition to the mascara you usually wear. It’s a pretty subtle, but playful sparkle. Once you get used to that you can certainly move into bolder colors – I can even see you rocking a green like Elf! That probably seems way out of your comfort zone for now and that’s ok, maybe later ;)
So you already know that red lips are amazing on you. Have you tried a medium purple. A little dab’ll do ya with an LC lippie like Airborne Unicorn. Give it a whirl and have fun!

I love that you are doing this.
Eyes Brown
Hair is black, when I dye it, usually a dark reddish brown
Skin tone Fair not sure on the undertones, I want to say pink
If it’s possible I would be say my wild limit is 10, but I wouldn’t mind also a tame 1 suggestion for everyday.
Mark D. - LC Team Reply:

Hi Sandra,
For the tame suggestion, classic red Retrofuturist lips (you only need to dab a little on) and a very light accent of Fairy Wings around your eyes.
Now for the WILD suggestion :)
Your beautiful deep brown eyes will be able to penetrate through the brighter colors of the rainbow so you can explore them all! If you’re feeling 10-level daring, consider Doe’s new Double Rainbow eye (Primadonna, Lime Criminal, Circus Girl and Shoe Addict) for a multicolored extravaganza. For your lips amp it up with Great Pink Planet or Airborne Unicorn.
Whatever you decide to do, have fun with it! :)

Eyes: Very dark brown – almost black
Hair: Again, very dark brown
Skin: Cool skin tone with pinkish undertones.
Adventurous scale: During the week I’m an elementary music teacher, so I’m a 1. On the weekend though … I’d say an 8. I love color, but No She Didn’t intimidates me a little, lol.

Hi Katie:
Your eyes totally remind me of my mom’s! :) So pretty! With a deep brown like that you can explore some of the brighter eye shadows out there to get into that “8″ territory:
I’d love to see you try some blues: cool and bold like Pompadour, or even a little sassier like Shoe Addict.
For the lips I’d go with Airborne Unicorn or for the safer end of things, the classic red of Retrofuturist won’t let you down.
Love your jacket by the way! Hope this gives you some ideas!

Okay…the picture is really weird but I am in the process of transferring files between computers and this is the only colour picture I have right now! This picture is a few years old but my skin tone, eye colour and hair haven’t changed much.
Eyes – green
Hair – I dye it black with a violet “sheen”
Skin – fair skin..not sure what undertones I have…possibly pink but I don’t know.
Adventurous Spirit – 5
I never wear makeup but recently I’ve been wanting to experiment with it occasionally. I’m not the type of person that feels like I have to wear it everyday. I wear it more as an artistic expression. With that said, I still like simple but colourful looks.

Misa,
Great picture, great look, great HAIR, great LIPS!
Since you’re just dipping your toe in the water makeup wise, a classic red lip like Retrofuturist is an easy win for you. Your lips are more than full enough to take the color and give it BACK.
Fairy wings is a PERFECT eye accent for you with just a little eye liner like you have in this pic. It will even reinforce the violet tones in your hair. You don’t need to pile it on for “heavy eye makeup” look, a little dab’ll do ya!
Would love to see you get more comfortable with makeup, especially with your lips. You could even rock an Orange like My Beautiful Rocket if you choose to move up the adventure scale later on!
Thanks for sharing!

First I must say: Cheek bone LOVE from your friendly neighborhood photographer! Easy killer photos even in less than perfect light. So NOT disposable, darling! :)
On to the makeup!
I’d start with your eyes: a dark color toward the edge of the lid and flare up into something a little lighter: I’d go with Medusa and blend up and out into Cleopatra.
Lips: I’d avoid the classic red look (unless you change your hair color to a jet black, in which case go red immediately!). For now I’d recommend my personal fav: Airborne Unicorn. I find it really rounds out a look well for people with dark brown hair or with any kind of red.
Hope this helps!
Eyes: dark brown
Hair: dark brown
Skin tone: I would say tannish beige with yellow undertones
I would put 7 on the scale; curious but colorful

Hi Jazzi,
Beautiful lips! I would kiss the orange! Try My Beautiful Rocket for an adventurous citrus-pout. If that’s a little too outside for you, consider the classic elegance of a true red lip with dark hair: Retrofuturist!
For your eyes I’d go light toned so that intense brown is framed nicely and amplified: try a bold foiled application of Nymph or Fairy Wings!
http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j224/TheBeastWhatSqueaks/Luluglasses.jpg
That’s me!
Hair Colour: Inky black, but I usually get bored and dye it crazy colours
Eye colour: Sort of an amber-brown? People often call it hazel.
Skin colour: Very pale, yellow undertones, but lots of freckles that get hidden by makeup.
Adventurous scale: 9 (I cannot STAND pink! Any other colour, just not pink…)
Thank you so much for doing this by the way, it’s very kind of you!

Hi there Lulu!
Beautiful black hair calls for classic red lips in my book. BUT that is a conservative look not befitting a 9 on the adventure scale. SO let’s look at some other options:
My Beautiful Rocket for the win! I would try to go orange in a big way – even apply some clear gloss over it to ramp it up a bit.
Your eyes have ‘soft power’, meaning they can contrast well against some of the wilder eye shadows if you choose to go that route: Try to compliment the MBR with some blues, Shoe Addict blended into Pompadour.
Let us know how it goes ;)

I’m a bit sick in that one, so forgive my sad face.
Here is a better shot of my hair:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v238/luna124/crazy.jpg

Eyes: Brown
Hair: naturally dark brown currently black

I would like suggestions for both a 10 and around a 5.

Hi Brandi,
I’m experiencing dark hair LOVE! Your brows are dark and bold too which is the ideal frame for classic red lips in my humble opinion. For your “5″ level, go with Retrofuturist on the lips and little Pompadour applied thinly as a liner – I’d love to see you with just a touch of blue, consider blending out some Medusa in a cat eye pattern.
For the 10 side of things, I’m going to have to recommend Circus girl! I usually tell people to stay away from yellows but if you want to get a little crazy you can rock it with the dark hair! Also greens like Elf for the eyes are not out of the question (not just because you’re Irish!). For more adventerous lips: Countessa Flourescent will give you that un-ignorable pout.
Hope this gives you some ideas!
So many comments, your team has their work cut out for them. It’s so nice of you to offer this!

Hi Wren!
Thanks so much for sharing the pics! You remind me of Doe in so many ways and I would shoot you in a very similar way: with plenty of purple! Airborne Unicorn is a redhead’s friend. Dab it for an accent or pile it on to turn heads.
You can lovely prominent eyebrows which allow you to explore some cool shapes with eye shadows – blended out or with a distinct harsher lines. Color-wise Empress would be fantastic for you anyway you slice it. If you’re worried about being to purple-heavy, consider a darker shade like Enchant – the hints of green will look gorgeous!
Hope this helps!

Gracie,
Can I rent your eyes? That sounds creepy, ha! It’s just they are SO big and fabulous I wish everyone I shot had eyes like this.
Loving the look in the first pic, looks like Airborne Unicorn, which is a color you can easily rock, since you indicated 9-10 though I want to take you down a little different path: Countessa Flourescent! Especially if you’re currently blonde. Your eyes are so luminous and full that even a poppin’ lip color won’t compete with them, this also opens you up for some bold eye shadow as well: I’d like to see you with PrimaDonna for instance. This look will be a little full on pink – I love the sparkle on your check bones and around you’re eyes I think that has a lot of potential – try letting PrimaDonna sprinkle down in a similar way!
Whatever you decide, rest assured your eyes will not get lost no matter how bold your color choices!

I love your hair, it looks so healthy. And you look flawless even without any make-up on. So, let’s go on to the consultation. Both Enchant and Medusa magic dust can be used for parties, proms, etc., they’ll make you look mysterious and untouchable ;) For your daily life I recommend something softer like Nymph and Fairy Wings and also Circus Girl. Regarding your lips I’m not quite sure yet, but I think you should try out Great Pink Planet and D’Lilac.

Your eye colour is stunning. SO go for Medusa magic dust, which is more adventurous than you might like, but I swear both your lids AND eyes will sparkle like the stars in the sky (oh I’m getting so poetic again, hahahaha). To keep it simple try out Cleopatra, Nymph and Fairy Wings :D I recommend the following lipsticks to you: My Beautiful Rocket and – for parties or any cool events – Centrifuchsia.

Hi Kiara,
I have to say, your face is perfectly symmetrical! Most people have some slight differences from left to right but after careful scrutiny I can’t find anything. From a photographer’s standpoint this makes your face unbelievably awesome to shoot, you are all “good sides”, so we could shoot from anywhere. So cool! :) Anyway, on to the makeup:
I’d try Centrifuchsia for your lips, try to dab it on a little at a time with a lip brush. I don’t think your looking for the extreme-from-the-tube color pop for your lips.
I’d go dark around the eyes, because your eyes themselves can cut through it, even a pretty thick layer of Medusa isn’t out of the question. I’d love to see you in gold accents and Nymph would be perfect – even if layered right over Medusa!

Hey Allegra!
Lets start with the lipsticks… No She Didn’t would look fantastic on you and really bring out the colour of your eves, and Airborne Unicorn will also do the same! With your freckles and the slight red tones in your hair you’d just about be able to pull off Retrofuturist, but I’d avoid My Beautiful Rocket which may make you look a bit carroty, and Cosmopop may make you look a bit washed out, as would Countessa Fluorescent. Though any other colours would look ok on you, these are the ones to aim for and avoid!
As far as your eyes are concerned, for a dark look I’d steer towards Enchant (limited edition), my favourite of the magic dusts. Used lightly it creates this lovely smokey eye look, and used with primer and a little bit of water mixed in (I actually use a light eye cream or moisturiser for this to get maximum colour) you a dark solid effect with a fantastic dark green sheen. Enchanted also blends really well with Mermaid, which also would look great on you.
If you wanted to go for something al little bit brighter, I’d blend the Mermaid in with a little bit of Duchess!
I hope I’ve been helpful!
http://s1040.photobucket.com/albums/b404/40sfemme/?action=view¤t=DSCN0658.jpg
eyes: brown
skin: olive undertone – uber pale (but kind of yellowish) when I’m in the UK (about half the year), and really tanned when I’m in the US. I also have a ton of freckles that appear when I get some sun.
hair: I’m naturally a brunette, but I oscillate between dying it black and dying it red. (I’m a redhead at the moment, as you can see, and I’m loving it!)
I’d been willing to be a 7 on the color scale, if I could find something that looks cute/sexy/vintage-ish on me, instead of turning me into a clown, which is what has happened when I’ve tried brightening up my look before.
I think this is fantastic you’re doing this, and I hope you aren’t getting overwhelmed by all our submissions.

Hi there,
First: you’re stunning and your hair is fantastic. If you want to rock a classy retro look, you’re already 90% there. Retrofuturist is my natural recommendation for the lips. Not because it’s “safe”, but quite the opposite: This will be a DANGEROUS true red, both classic and classy, yet bolder than many would dare. It will make you impossible to ignore so be prepared for that ;)
For the eyes you can easily take on dark shades like Medusa or Enchant, but you should also consider Cleopatra and Nymph to expand the color palette.
What a fantastic look, you would be a joy to shoot and style :)
It’s a silly expression but it’s in natural light so!
My current blonde-ness!

My old brunette-ness!
http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/5850/img0818lo.jpg
My natural hair colour is a very neutral medium ashy brown and I sometimes get green roots too! I’m olive and tan VERY EASILY and have such crazy green undertones. My eyes are hazel that, again, tend to sit on the green side of things!
On a scale of one to ten, I’m an eight. I love whimsy and I love possibility!

It might be important to have a non-makeup picture aha! So a fresh-outta-the-shower one it is! It is indoors but it’s as plain ol’ me as I can get! I love that you’re doing this, helping us out :) !

Hi Ashley,
I’m supposed to recommend makeup looks, but I have to add a disclaimer: you look exceptionally gorgeous with no makeup at all (are those natural lashes?!). That said, we all need to explore our creativity sometimes, so…. If I were to shoot you and put together a look:
Lips: You can very easily do any of the pinks: Countessa Flourescent, Great Pink Planet or Centrifuchsia. But I would like to see you step a little outside that box and try My Beautiful Rocket.
Eyes: I can’t get enough purple! I feel like I’m “over-recommending” it, but Empress will light the fuse of the rocket. Try a little Fairy Wings to highlight and add some sparkle.
Thanks for sharing, I hope this sparks some awesome experimentation!

Hi Aggie,
What a lovely picture. Well, here we go – you got lucky with your hair and eye colour combination because that means you can literally put everything on your face, especially our brighter colours such as Circus Girl, Lime Criminal, Empress or Primadonna (oh Primadonna would have SOOO fit this outfit and it stands out against your impressive eyes, it’s rather more of a contrast, though, but it’d look lovely). And girl: You definitely belong to ‘My Beautiful Rocket’ and ‘Retrofurist’, if you want to keep it simple get yourself some ‘Cosmopop’ :) Maybe I’m just too much into this outfit, but it inspires me!
Anna, C
What I actually meant was ‘Anna, LC’, but heyyyy who needs an L when you can have a C only?
Okie Dokie,
I’m gonna try this out ^_^ hopefully i’m not too late!
1. http://theoracleofdreams.blogspot.com/ These are the only pictures I have of myself on the whole internet, and as of now, I’m having blotchy skin problems from accidental ingestion of pennicillin (my parents buy these pennicillin tins from Mexico, and I thought it was carmex >.<! Oh the horrible allergy blister look i have!) I know they have me in many make up forms, but my hair color and eye color, and skin tone are there (a bit more yellow and olive in those pics).
2. Eyes: They're "Brown" by my Driver's license, but they're so dark, they tend to look black at times.
Hair: Black, but in sunlight there's a bit of a dark brownish red highlights to it (think henna color).
Skin: I'd say yellow with olive tones. I live in Texas so during the summer my skin is more olive, and during the winter my skin is more medium with yellow undertones.
3. For work I'm a full out 3-4 because I teach (i tend to do Diva with Airborne Unicorn or Tender Heart by Clinique), For the rest of my everything else I'm a 20++ I'm not afraid of color, but I do tend to look like a clown with bright lipsticks and pretty eyeshadow, so I do one or the other as I'm not quite good at matching lipstick to eyeshadow ha!

You don’t need me to tell you Empress and Airborne Unicorn look amazing on you :) Thanks for sharing the cool pics.
I would suggest if you wanted to get even more Eeeeevil, a nice thick swipe of Styletto with a clear gloss over it. You have to check out Enchant for your eyes – and maybe a little Fairy Wings over it.
For a more conservative setting, Centrifuchsia could suit you well!
Hope this helps!
Me: http://preview.tinyurl.com/2e865cj (I look really run down here from my eyeliner smudging. It was my 18th birthday party.)

Hazel–A grayish blue-green color that yellows towards my pupils. Some days more green, others more blue.
Skin: Pretty fair, with more orange or yellow undertones than pink ones.
I’d say a 7, I can try it and if I don’t like it, it’s not permanent like a tattoo. :)
~Really looking forward to your response, I’d like to start experimenting more with my makeup, instead of just sticking with the few shades I use and my black liner.

Hey Birgit,
We have the same kind of ‘problem’ – in summer my natural blonde hair turns literally white and in winter the roots go black, how awful is that? However, a lot of Lime Crime colours would suit you, especially our lipsticks Centrifuchsia, Retrofurist and My Beautiful Rocket. You look so lovely, just to mention it, so please do me a favour and colour your lids with Empress, Medusa, Cleopatra, Nymph, Primadonna and Shoe Addict – you’d look fantastic with them on your lid!

Hey There Purplewitch! Such an appropriate name, because I think you can rock the purple lip! D’Lilac might be a little too bold, but Airborne Unicorn for sure. It is a great color for copper-tops and as such is one of Doe’s favs :)
For your eyes try Cleopatra in the corners, with a generous helping of Fairy Wings covering most of the lid and sparkle yourself!
Hi!
Mye eyes are milk chocolate brown, turning almost golden in the sun (sometimes even with slight hints of dark green); My hair is currently deep red with sad brownish undertones and my skin is very white, I’m way paler than sand and with slight reddish rather than yellow undertones.

Glasses shmasses! Five or six, eh? I think a purple on your lids is going to look stunning. Try Empress with Fairy Wings as a highlighter under the brows and in the corner of your eyes. Try lining the bottom lash line with Empress by wetting your brush and then tracing the color on!
On your lips, I would say Centrifucshia is going to be your best go-to color! Feeling adventerous? Take a shot at Retrofuturist for a sexy maven look or Airborne Unicorn if you want to add a little whimsy. :)

As for your cute lips, let’s try an orange like My Beautiful Rocket! I have a feeling Cosmopop or D’Lilac might wash you out ’cause of the olive undertones, but something like Great Pink Planet, Countessa Fluorescent, or Airborne Unicorn will look killer on you!

I have no choice but to go there: No She Didn’t! Get bubble gum blue lips and pout to your heart’s content.
OR NSD on the bottom lip and Centrifuchsia on the top!
Eyes: your eyes are so dark I’d normally recommend a bright eye shadow to contrast them, but since we are pedal to the metal with adventure: go dark and heavy: Enchant will keep your eyes mysterious with a hint of deep green and it will keep the focus on the duo-tone lips! Sprinkle the eye shadow down your cheeks a little to lead the way to your multi-colored pout!

Hi Daisy,
Grab your ticket, and climb aboard the Airborne Unicorn. You might be surprised how smooth the flight is. A lot of people think this color is too far outside, but your skin tone will support your one-horned companion with ease. Your hair is big and playful enough to step just a little outside your comfort zone into “6″ territory and getting Airborne is the way to go. For your eyes, a little Fairy Wings will be subtle enough not to rattle the masses but enough to wink at those in the know. ;)

At the moment, my hair is just above my shoulders and is black, but I am growing it back out to the length in the photo provided and am slowly going back to my natural colour (for a little bit). I LOVE true red lips with black hair. Retrofurist is your safe word. But let’s shake it up: with pale skin you can consider My Beatiful Rocket. The world of orange is one few fear to tread – but you can walk the walk. For your eyes I’m feeling the power of purple: Empress! Bring it together with a touch of Cleopatra for accenting. It will be a wild look… If it’s too much, Retrofurist cannot fail you, with a more traditional smokey eye courtesy of Medusa!

Hair: Very bad dyed dark brown + red (natural is dark brown), I went blonde once and i looked nice, still i haven’t stick with a hair tone yet.
Skin: Medium with Yellow undertones. Still i’m not sure exactly, i have bought a lot of makeup but haven’t find the righr fundation shade too. (I love in a small-town in a latinamerican country, it’s hard to find someone who knows about make-up seriusly… and x) i can’t identify my color for some odd reason)
That’s most over all. I love make-up, i have wear a lot of daring colours (i get glances from people here), i’m not afraid at all of trying new things, the funkier, the better, i love colours. Also i’ve been blonde, redhead, brunette (natural), my hair all black, and even purple and pink once.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing the pic!
First: Your wide-set eyes and the round face make you easy to shoot from a photographer’s perspective – beautiful brown eyes allow you to get a little crazy with eyeshadow colors – so go for it:
- Get green! Elf is a magical color Your hair has this filtered sun light through the trees quality to it and Elf will give that “just stepped out of the enchanted forest” look. Blend in a little Diva and Nymph for magical accents.
- Lips: if you’re playing safe keep them understated with minimal lipstick. Looking to get adventurous? Consider the eye look above WITH a pop of Centrifuchsia!

Styletto: Fully black lips for the win! With a clear gloss over it like a varnish. Your cherrywood hair will anchor it in and for the eyes try Cleopatra blending out into Medusa. Maybe sweep it out a little into a well-lined cat-eye.
You look like a fun-loving and bright girl in your pics, and this look will be a departure: it’s fierce and a little on the dark side. As an added bonue, Since you mentioned there’s a boyfriend in the picture: this look is sure to floor him!

Hi Jonel!
Awesome lips!!! You can really look stunning with a natural look and just a touch of gloss. BUT since you’re looking to get a little adventurous:
With nice full lips like yours you can pull off pretty much any shade – even No She Didn’t! But I’d say Centrifuchsia is going to be the most complimentary with your skin tone. And for the “10″ level eyes: Try blending Shoe Addict and Primadonna. (also Show Addict is so deliciously pigmented that it will go on opaque if applied wet so it won’t combine with the yellow undertones of your skin and go green)The blue/pink combo is usually high-risk but your beautiful dark brown eyes and hair will reign it in and frame it.
Again: Your lips are divine! You might even want to dab a little Fairy Wings eye shadow over the Centrifuchsia to really get thins poppin’.
Hope this helps and thanks for sharing!

Hi Kristy,
I think since you’re hair is going to be bright red, you can go for a nice medium purple like Airborne Unicorn for your lips – and really it could work well for the blonde you as well! I’m not sure if you are going to go for a bright natural-looking flame red, or a punky cherry red. If it’s the former, get Airborne and try Nymph for your eyes – since your eyebrows are nice and dark you can rock a lighter shade like that without your eyes “disappearing”. If it’s the latter (cherry red hair): at the risk of getting too matchy-matchy I’d try a powerful red for the lips like Retrofuturist and smoldering smoky eye with Medusa, but layer Nymph over it for some gold accents.
Good luck! :)

Hi Jacqueline,
What a cute picture! I’d try a playful look:
My Beautiful Rocket might be a little outside your comfort zone as a “5″, but I can see it working for you! If not, Centrifuchsia is a little bit safer way to make a statement and your dark hair will frame it so well.
I wouldn’t go heavy with your eyes, but a little Lime Criminal against that rich brown could work wonders.
This photo is a little old, but I have NO makeup on – which is a rarity for me. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v34/gloomyluna/bolton017.jpg
Eyes: Reddish-brown
Hair: 99% of the time it’s blue-black, but I get brave sometimes and change it.
Skin: Very neutral. Neither yellow or pink look right on me, so I can be a little tricky with foundation colours.
As far as a scale… I’d say an all-around 8. I work in a fun enviornment, so I get to wear whatever makeup I’d like any day.
Whew! Glad I saw this before noon! Thank you! xo

Hi Jenny,
I HEART true black hair. True red lip like retrofuturist is a slam-dunk for you, but since you’re an 8 on the adventure scale I had to think a little more about this:
I love 80s movies and you remind me of Mia Sara in Legend (1985). Which inspires me to recommend something magical: Elf Magic Dust, applied wet over a primer for maximum green sparkly goodness. Accent it with Duchess or Mermaid.
Lips: you can work D’Lilac, but probably not with the heavy eye described above. But it’s a color you can and should play with!
