I’ve been working so hard, I almost forgot about September’s Doe Deere’s Box of Delights!
DDBD is a monthly thing we do which allows one lucky reader to win a mystery box full of hand-picked goodies from me. It’s usually girly stuffed wrapped in pretty paper, signed with a note and sealed with a kiss! To enter, all you need to do is answer one question:
What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that happy dance?
My answer: Right now I’m really into the thrill of mailing a box to someone I’ve never met! It’s a great way to share GLEE and maybe even lift someone’s spirit when they need it.
You have one week to submit your answer – be sure to post it in comments, not by email – those won’t count! Winner will be picked at random and announced on Monday, September 21. Now go and show me some GLEEeeeeee! :D

This is kind of hard for me. There are so many things going on right now in my life that make me incredibly gleeful! My birthday is coming up (the day the winner will be announced!) and I’m really excited because I’m 98% sure my dad is getting me a digital SLR camera. My dad’s birthday is tomorrow and this Friday we’re having a dinner for him and we’re exchanging presents.
Of course as always my son makes me so happy! He walks great on his own and we’re just waiting for the day he starts talking in sentences!
I’ve also been getting back into video games a little more. It seems silly for somebody who works at a video game store, but I barely have time anymore. Lately I’ve been playing Rockband Beatles and I started playing a game called Mini Ninjas. I also started a blog that’s mostly about gaming.
I guess overall the thing that makes me the most gleeful is the fact that so many exciting things are happening in my life right now!

“What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that little happy dance?”
My biggest Glee of the moment, is, I finally get to redo my room, the way I want it to be.
It will be white, but my furniture will add bright splashes of color to it. :]
I am getting new flooring, then I will get to add a very bright rug to :]
I also get a new light, track lighting, and I will get to make it my own, by making it different shapes.
So excited :D

Right now my heart goes pitter-pat and WHEEEE! when I look at my new pink, Harajuku Lovers heels: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7569394/c/559.html. Sorry, my html skills are rusty-rusty. I found them on clearance and wore them Saturday with aqua tights and my pink anime girl skirt.

Most glee, huh? Thats easy.
Corsets. I love making them, I love wearing them, I love seeing them on other people, or in art, or in stores, or wherever. As long as its steel boned, my heart does a little flip every time I see one. Any material, any person, any time of day for any occasion. I want to spread the word that they’re wonderful, and sometimes, people make it so *easy* Its terribly grand.

My newest glee is pretty easy – I left a business card on the table after my last dinner at Olive Garden, with a note on the back for my super-cute waitress to give me a call and I would love to take her picture.
And she called!
I think that means I finally took a step up on the photography ladder!

There are a lot of things that make me happy but right now, I’m trying to focus on starting a community garden. I live in a low income neighborhood with a lot of apartments and I want to bring the gift of gardening to my neighbors. Ruby, juicy, fruit and crisp vegetables grown organically by our community freely shared with those that need it. That really makes me happy. If anyone else in the states is interested check out http://communitygarden.org/about-acga/ for great info.
but I digress, I get my dose of GLEE from helping people and doing something good for the environment and for myself.

What makes me GLEEful Right now?
That’s easy: Having a new washing machine that works properly.
(^– May sound stupid, but… ever been without a washing machine? It’s a cruel experience xD)

Right now? Let’s see if I can turn my happy mood into words!
I rolled out of bed this morning to a lovely sunrise outside of my roomie’s window, then found a ten dollar bill in the back pocket of the jeans I pulled on! While walking to class, I saw that the rain we’ve been having has made a bunch of mushrooms pop up all over the place in fairy circles!
I’m also filled with glee and warm fuzzies as I work on two pieces of art for my friends and try to put together a list of little goodies I would like to buy for my best friend’s “Nifty Nineteenth.”

My Glee at the moment is my writing. School starts on the 24th for me so I’m really working hard to finish the final edit on a manuscript I’ve written. If I can just finish editing my manuscript before school starts I can resume my search for a literary agent (because I’m trying to get published). At first this process was very difficult. The hardest part is just getting started, but now I’m 2/3 done and I’m soooooo happy (or should I say gleeful?) because its all coming together in such a wonderful way and even though its hard work at the end of a long day of editing I am so proud of what I have accomplished. I’m never happier than when I’m creating something and my writing is my life – the most important thing in the world to me and it definitely fills my life with glee. As long as I can work on my manuscripts I’m happy. And if I can finish this final edit in time before school starts I think I just might explode for joy ~_^

I enjoy walking to my job every day. It’s about a mile, each way, and I put on my precious Ipod and just lose myself in whatever cheesy guilty-pleasure song it shuffles to. I looked for this job for 7 months, and the walk is hard, but the music makes it easier and I know I’m going to a job I like and people I enjoy spending time with and it’s my little 30 minutes of glee every day

I always become most GLEE-ful when I am look forward to something really fantastic. Three things are coming up that are filled with equal GLEE:
1) My interview with Ava Garter, a burlesque performer I saw in July!
2) September 26th: A friend is getting married (weddings are non-stop GLEE!) and The Sound of Music sing-along is that evening (OK, I cheated a bit!)
3) The lipstick line by Lime Crime! No, seriously, I have been holding off on buying lipstick since you told me about this line back in May. I already know which colors I’m going to buy and I can’t wait for October 1st!

My biggest GLEE right now is receiving makeup in the mail.
I’ve been wearing makeup since I was about 15 (I’m turning 27 on the 23rd), but only recently have I discovered the world of HE brands and independent co’s like yours, so for the past year I’ve been going nuts over swapping for makeup on MakeUpAlley.com
-I look forward to getting makeup in the mail more than I’ve looked forward to Christmas for years now.:) Sad, I know.;D
Even though I know what’s coming, it’s still always a big surprise and so much fun for me.:D

My greatest GLEE is that I turned 30 almost a month ago and opened a new chapter in my life. I’ve closed a lot of doors and opened lots of others. I’m doing a job where I help people every day, I have a chosen family of my best friends, I’m working toward a brighter future for myself and the ones I love with every step forward and I feel pretty good about life. It hasn’t always been this way and it’s been hard going to get here, but I think that’s why I’m just that much more GLEEful about it.

What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that little happy dance?
My biggest GLEE moment of the minute is the thought of my best friend coming home from Korea. She’s been over there teaching English for an entire year, and we’ve only managed to keep in contact via letters (which we love doing) instead of via phone or email; she’s not even been able to come home to visit for the entire year – and she’s had such a rotten year over there on her own that I’ve planned her the perfect surprised when she gets back! (And if you’re reading this, Li, don’t read any further. You’ll ruin your own surprise!)
For years and years she’s wanted to see Phantom of The Opera, live, and everytime she nearly gets to see it something happens and she never gets to go. It breaks my heart to see her want something so badly and have it taken away, and with everything that’s happened over the last year or two, I decided that if there was one thing I could do for her, it would be this! As a surprise, I’ve booked her the best seats in the house – four rows from the front, dead central, and am planning on surprising her with this gift when she comes back. I’ve made her a little card with roses and bows on that formally invites her to the show, in London, and whenever I think about the look on her face, what I imagine it’ll be, when she opens the card and realization dawns on her, I get so excited because I just know how much she’ll appreciate it. That’s what makes me GLEEful at the moment; everytime I play the soundtrack or think about her coming home, I just think about how happy she’ll be when she gets to see the show! It makes the wait for her to come home seem both incredibly far away and yet short at the same time, and it just makes me look forward to her being home so much that my heart starts to rise up and I smile without even meaning to!

My GLEE is DANCING!
I am a Tribal Style Belly Dancer, and every time I get together with my girls and dance it puts all of the ick at bay. The combination of the physical activity, the ability to express myself creatively, and joking around and talking with others who share the same passion lifts my spirits every time.

I have so much GLEE in me right now that my heart is almost full to bursting! But the main cause of it all is simple: college!
I got into the college of my dreams and here I am in beautiful Vermont, and I’ve never felt more at home in my whole life. The city of Burlington is so alive and vibrant and I keep discovering all these cool shops and restaurants that never fail to brighten my day!
And things just get better. I’m majoring in Electronic Game Design [one of two women in the whole program!] and every class I go to fills me with GLEE! I get to prepare for a whole career of doing what I love – making video games! I can’t wait until I get to get my hands dirty and start really making games. I just hope that what I make will give other people as much GLEE as I get from designing it! I’m also turning 18 on the 22nd of this month!
So many awesome things are happening to me, and it’s definitely making my heart do little happy dances all the time :]

My biggest GLEE is cross-stitching! I feel like an old maid when I do it, but it’s so relaxing and lets me focus on serenity for a little bit. I also love that I have something to show for my hard work at the end of the day. It’s also super fun to cross-stitch curse words and various naughty parts, because people never expect bad words on linen :)

My biggest glee moment would have to be the first day of art college. Growing up in a ridiculasly small town and having no friends who are into artsie things it was an insane feeling to go to college on the first day and to not only discover that every single person was there because they loved art, but that most of them also the exact same weird and crazy things as me. A close second would have to be the other night watching movies with my new roommate, she’s my red haired clone, I could say the most random thing that would usually get me the “you have lobsters crawling out of your ears” look, but she instantly got what I was talking about. It’s always such a glee filled moment anytime you find someone who thinks exactly like you do :)

It may sound strange, but it makes me so happy autumn is coming. I spent ten months on exchange in Australia and loved it, but ever since coming back I haven’t felt this much at home since the weather’s gotten worse, the leaves have started falling and the rain has come back. There’s so much wind and blue skies, rain and clouds, it just makes me feel that I’m, even four months after my return, I’m only now really back where I belong.
That, and the two dresses that just arrived today! I spent all evening bouncing around in front of the mirror, annoying everyone and posing full of GLEE!

instant GLEE? leaving interesting things in public places at random–nice poetry, for instance, which cheers people up no end. *pleased* currently some friends and i are doing a project where we keep journals, and then, when the journal-keeper is tired of writing, leave the journal somewhere like a supermarket or sidewalk or something for others to find it, with instructions for it not to be returned.
it is MADE OF GLEE, dude.

she’s the absolutle best thing to ever happen to me, when i went away to camp she made me a little emergency box which letters, books, a rape whistle (haha) drawings and pictures of everyone i loved, emergency chocolate and a map of london,
she always makes me cards just saying thanks for being my best friend and thing, whenever i’m with her everything is awesome.
she’s the kindest person i’ve ever come across and shes that kind which restores your faith in humanity! :) she’s lovely to absoltuley everyone and gives everyone a chance, no matter who they are.
no matter what mood i’m in she completley goes out of her way to cheer me up, by maybe buying me something i’d said i wanted in a shop, or ringing me to show me something funny on the internet.
She’s completley on my wavelength and i just friggin love her :)

Other shallow things that bring me Glee are:
My Rock band Beatles that’s arriving at my door tomorrow.
My new bow i made today!
& the fact that I have alot of money left on my bank account!

My biggest glees at the moment are Kate Bush and Miyavi’s gig next week.
I discovered Kate Bush again couple of days back when my mum was listening to her old cds and having nostalgic flash backs from the 80s. Absolutely one of the best artist from that era!

My biggest GLEE right now…hmm…
I would have to say my getting back into rock climbing! My school has a climbing wall and ever since I started using it this spring, I’ve been addicted. My biggest GLEE for the moment is my job. Like you, I am trying to start a business from nothing, in an area where I don’t see the things I like. So, I’m making them. I sold my first item on etsy recently, one of my best creations yet, and I was so thrilled. It made me feel great to be able to contribute something to the household (crafters ain’t makin’ money unless they’re selling stuff!). My boyfriend has been so understanding with me trying to do this, and now that I’m over the first hump, I feel like I can actually do this.

My one moment of GLEE! is finishing a garment of my own design.
After the hard fought battle of draping, fit testing, carefully making a pattern from the muslin, and then sewing up the final article of clothing in real fashion fabric, with all the fancy topstitching and details.
:3 Most recently, I made a pencil skirt that’s short in the front, and long in the back. It comes to a point in the back and has jumbo hook and eye tape in the centerback seam. It also has a lovely flipped self-finishing yoke. I love it! I can’t wait to wear it! Teeehee!

Having a few moments to myself is my biggest GLEE right now. I’m so insanely stressed and busy and constantly running from thing to thing because of school and the hectic schedule I set myself up with this semester that having an hour or two to myself to take a relaxing bath, read a book, catch up on blogs, or bake super colorful-cute cupcakes is a blessing.

I found it really difficult to find new friends and settle in a new city but this year I feel like I’ve finally done that. I’m moving into a new house with some great people and for the first time in ages I’m feeling really confident and excited to see what the future holds. My heart races at the though of my writing. Being 16, finding the time to write is like trying to nail jello to a tree.
As of late though, I’ve been staying up until the wee hours writing. Futuristic short stories, poems about boys, and working on my first full length manuscipt make me giggle with gee!
It’s the best feeling to look up at the clock, see that it’s midnight, then look up again what feels like only minutes later and see that it’s 3 AM.

My glee.
This wasn’t hard to think of at all. I’ve gone through a few rough times lately, with being back-stabbed by a best friend and loosing my dad last year. So this probably wouldn’t mean all that much to other people but it’s just something that’s made me happier than I’ve been in a long time.
It’s going to sound sappy and ridiculous but I don’t really mind. I’ve recently started talking to this amazing guy that goes to my school on MSN. He’s the sweetest, nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Not to mention he’s gorgeous. My day has been wonderful all because he smiled at me this morning. Bear in mind, I’m not the type of girl to get all mushy and stuff about a guy. I’m rather independant. But ever since he gave me that smile(this breath-taking, heart-stopping, almost nervous smile)I haven’t been able to stop bouncing around and having little moments where I completely space out with this goofy grin on my face, just thinking of him. My glee, in short, is him. It may not turn into anything but for now, it’s just what I need;; a little sparkle of glee I stumbled upon in the dark. :)

My biggest GLEE moment right now? Sharing a bed with someone, even if it’s in a platonic way. I love feeling safe and cuddling, especially when that someone would have to be my boyfriend. It’s nice drifting off to sleep knowing someone is there and will take care of you. Or, better yet, that you can take care of. Silly, I know, but I adore it.

My biggest GLEE right now…the fact that fall & halloween time is fast approaching. I just noticed on my drive to CT this weekend for a yoga workshop that the leaves are starting to change colors. This made me very happy. Fall/Autumn is definitely my favorite season of the year. I love the weather, watching leaves change color, the smell of apple cider in the air, the crisp smell of leaves falling to the ground etc.. I also LOVE Halloween. It’s always been my favorite holiday since I was a little child. I’m sure my birthday being near Halloween had something to do with it too. A lot of my birthday parties growing up had a Halloween theme. My mom even created a “pin the nose on the jack-o’-lantern” game. A couple days ago I started planning my Halloween events for the month of October and it excites me to no end. I already have my annual birthday/halloween trip to Salem, MA planned, a trip to Six Flags for Fright Fest and trips to haunted hay rides, mazes, haunted houses and corn fields. Now I just have to decide what my costume will be this year.

My HUGE glee of the moment is my internship at an amazing architectural office located in a picturesque neo-classical building at the most romantic, most gleeful, most “now” street of Athens!!!
It’s the perfect street for a promenade (yeap! no vehicles allowed!) and right next to the new Museum of Acropolis…an architectural miracle all in itself…so gleefully inspiring!!!!

my moment of glee is when i’m at an art gallery and i’m digging through shelves and shelves of art reproductions and i find that one piece that takes me breath away. in an instant i know exactly where i want to hang it in my home and i can see it there already- and it only costs $30! ahhhh… it may not be the original – but it still makes my heart jump with glee!

My biggest GLEE of the moment is that I just got a confirmation email for a “lucky pack” I ordered from a Lolita brand site :)
I’ve never ordered anything directly from them before – last year, the site was so trafficked when the Lucky packs were released, the system accidentally sent two orders so the company cancelled my order.
But this year I’m actually getting one, and it’s arriving this week! I am so terribly excited, I’m jumping up and down! Best part is, I’ll be getting it just in time for my birthday, so I’ll be able to wear my new clothes then!

My biggest glee is that I finally have a place of my own to decorate to my heart’s content without worry about where to put stuff.
It sort of looks like a mid-60s curio shop/modern new-age hybrid. I have an old looking record player (you might be convinced it was vintage except for the digital readout, haha) sitting on top of a 1940s wood table with Victorian-esque cubes with a cream and black velvet scroll design in the living room, for example.
My kitchen has avocado green walls and countertops, and I balanced that with red and stainless steel appliances and containers, and a sweet 50s diner inspired clock on the wall, it looks just like a little malt shop!
Independence Day came early for me this year, and I love it! =)

The strong scents of cinnamon and chimney smoke! Halloween!!) but I’m also co-writing-producing-directing-and-starring in a show with my best friend! We’ve only put out trailers but we’ve had over 100 views on each video so far! It’s going to be a dreamy comedy starring girls who just want to go have surreal, crazy adventures and not have to worry about silly things like boys and office jobs. We’re getting more and more recognition and acclaim and I’m pretty sure that soon we will take off!!

My biggest glee right now is that my boyfriend and I had the marriage talk, and it went well! He and I have been together off an on for 3 years (on for the last year and a half), and he is someone who is very slow to commit. He has also always given off the impression that he has no intention of ever getting married.
Long story short, he said he thinks that the idea of us getting married one day sounds appealing and it is a possibility in the future. While it definitely is not a proposal, it means that there is room for growth! That’s something I was starting to give up on. Now I at least have some hope.

My biggest GLEE moments!
I work as a fairy-tale party performer for children’s birthday parties. (http://www.dreamstarparties.com) Usually I play Disney’s Cinderella, but sometimes I do other characters such as a Fairy Princess. I’ll do a magic show, make balloon animals, and paint faces for little girls dressed as princesses.
Yesterday I was hired as a Fairy Princess for a 3-year-old’s fairy birthday. I get to wear a pink poofy dress, pastel fairy wings, and lots and lots of glitter. I taught the little girls in fairy wings a fairy dance using simple ballet moves. It’s really gleeful to play pretend again. It’s even more gleeful to engage children in the magic of imagination. I love my job. I don’t think there are many others where I can pretend to be a princess or a fairy and twirl around. Watching little girls smile, laugh and flap their wings is a pretty big reward, too :)

my biggest glee right now is DEFINITELY my new job… i had been working in a bar and the boss wasn’t stoked when i changed my hair and wore “edgy” clothes.
i just got a job at a different bar. i asked about hiding my tattoos and “normal” hair color to which the boss responded “BE YOURSELF! we want you to be your own individual!”
it feels amazing to find a place that wants you to be who you are and not conform :)

This is harder than I thought it would be …
My biggest GLEE at the moment is writing and receiving letters, cards and packages <3
Everytime I get a colourful letter from one of my penpals I feel all joyful and excited. I'm always trying to write extra beautiful letters with fine paper and stickers and little presents inside. And I always hope my penfriends get as happy about my letters as I do about theirs :) Gives me a warm feeling inside.

Glee: Planning a visit to a friend I haven’t seen for ages. We’re dancing, catching up, drinking wine, getting high on caffeine and life. And it’s on Halloween, so we’re planning costumes; another glee! Costume planning: The White Queen of Narnia. Getting the make-up (magic dusts, of course!), clothes, shoes. The whole process of planning it all, gathering friends for costume-sewing nights in. The fits of laughter and glee throughout. The challenge of learning Russian.

What makes me happy….
Spending time with my grandma as she has recently been diagnosed with alzheimer’s and time is short. I adore going though all of her photos and bits and bobs that she has collected over her years.
Coming home and being greeted by Winston and Albert, my Guinea pigs, they are always happy to see me, even now as I type they are sat on my shoulder eating veggies!
Also spending as much time as poss with my OH as we have not had a great time this past year, we lost our house thanks to our landlord, and we had to move back home to our parents we now live 150 miles apart!! That freedom we had is lost for now!! So any time we get together, is cherished, even if it is to just sit and veg and watch tv!!!

Lately, everything has been bleak, dull and unlucky for me. the usually perky, jumpy, upbeat girl who i am has been in such a gloomy sad mood. the new jersey weather has been awful, rainy and humid until yesterday. Late week alone, i broke a mirror, ripped my favorite pants, and walked 3 blocks home the the rain soaking my betsey johnson pink leopard handbag in water. But the day the rain went away, the clouds floated away and from behind them sprouted a beautiful and bright yellow sun. The trees and grass were greener than ever, i thought to myself how beautiful, lush and inspiring the scene was. So i went inside to my lovely mannequin (her name is Antoinette)pinned up a light mint green colored satin fabric, modeled it into a dress adorned with a light green tulle skirt, with a giant pink satin bow. I found glee in my art, my fashion, my self expression, and inspiration from nature and color. what makes me incredibly happy as of now, is creating something new. being artistic. and eating, sleeping, and breathing fashion.

last saturday, I met this guy. Even though we chit-chatted about almost everything, we’ve forgot to exchange phone numbers or mailadresses. Even though I’m banging my head against the wall for that fact. Everytime I think about him, there’s certainly a glee-moment. Only the memory of a fantastic evening makes my day sparkle again.

I have to say my biggest glee moment is when after sewing and designing something, I am able to look in the mirror and not only see my ideas come to life, but to also see all the hard work I’ve put into sewing something, being reflected in what I’ve made.
Like last night, I speant 2 hours making a vine and flower headband. It gave me so much pride and so much GLEE! when I looked in the mirror.

I’ve been very much in love with someone for about six years. We currently can’t be “together” because of distance issues, but we talk for hours every day, about everything and anything. He is incredibly supportive of me but also isn’t afraid to let me know when I do something that is less than what I truly am.
I get an injection of glee every time we talk for the first time that day. It’s just wonderful to talk with someone who truly supports you and urges you to be your fullest.

Two days ago, I asked my boyfriend of 3 years if he loved me.
He said yes, as usual.
Then I asked him if he’d ever marry me, and he smiled and said “I dunno…maybe?”
He does that when he doesn’t want me to ruin my own surprises.
And he just offered to make me a cup of tea!

My biggest GLEE of the moment is finding ends that meet in my beliefs and the mysteries of the world.
I believe that I am a reincarnated soul that came from the stars. I often find a longing to “go home” yet I don’t know where home is. Through research and various religions, myths, legends, and ancient history I can only come up with hypothesizes about why I may have come to this planet, or why I end up this way.
My spirit is in the Cosmos and I connect my entire life to this I live by what the life is like up there in the sky.

I think he is the one who’s been bringing most of the glee in my life right now.
OH! There was also this very cute moment! I was playing with the 2-year-old son of my bf’s friend and then, every time his toy-car could not pass an obstacle I’d cover my eyes and say: “Oh my gosh! What are we going to do?”
Then, a few moments latter the car got stuck and he smiles and says: “omigoooo!!!” covering his eyes!
He is soooooo cute! ^^ It’s lovely to see kids learning to speak!

My GLEE right now!?
On Friday, I wore my brand new schoolgirl outfit to school!
A Blue and yellow plaid skirt, white button-down shirt, a neon yellow tie and white knee-high socks!
Of course, I was super happy-go-lucky that morning, being excited to wear such a cute ensemble, and I painted my eyes with my ever-bright Circus Girl, Lime Criminal and Shoe Addict.
Everyone told me they LOVED my makeup that day, and teachers went out of their way to tell me that I looked cute. I was very pleased with myself!
Today (Monday), a girl came up to me and told me she was a little jealous of that outfit, and that she and a friend went out and bought the same clothes! She seemed so excited to tell me that, so happy! I laughed with her for a bit, but then she said:
“No, really! You started a trend!”
And THAT is my glee right now! I started a trend, but better yet, I made her happy! 8D I guess we made each other’s day!

My definite main source of glee right now is this…
..My boyfriend and I are a month away from getting the keys to our first house!!
We’ve been house hunting for almost a year, every house had something wrong, some where too small, some had no garage, some had too much damage. It seemed we’d never find one.
Finally one day we found it. We both fell in love and quickly put in an offer. Unfortunately this house was priced just a bit out of our budget, and our highest offer just wasn’t enough to compete, and someone else outbidded us.
I was devastated. We continued to look and found even more nothing. Both of us just wanted the house we had lost. We finally found something we could deal with, only to find out it had a bad title and was about be to foreclosed and put in a sheriffs auction. (Which meant we could not get it)
The next day, feeling hopeless, we get a call from our Realtor. She tells us some amazing news. The buyers backed out! Why? Cause of an electrical problem. Hmm, that’s no problem for my boyfriend, who is an electrician! and just like that, the house we loved was ours, all ours!
So since that day, i’ve spent my days in a GLEE! Day dreaming of all the bright colors I will paint my walls with, and all the crazy furniture we will get. But most of all, spending everyday and every night, with the love of my life <3.

Currently, the most gleeful thing in my life is the new guy in my life. I know it sounds silly, so get all happy over a boy, when I know I am an independant woman and a spectacular one at that, and I don’t need a guy to be happy.. but he’s just an all around great guy, fun to be with, silly, full of love, strong, sexy, and still deep down, he is a gentle soul who isn’t afaid to admit he cries. I love that in a man. Ahhh. :)

Mine, unfortunately, has to do with fangirl shipping. I don’t watch many TV shows/read many different manga, but the ones I do have canon relationships. I always ship the ones where the two characters obviously love each other but for whatever reason neither has made a move. (See Grissom-Sara in CSI and my ULTIMATE favorite Watanuki-Doumeki from the manga XXXHolic)
Now for the GLEEEEEE (because really, that’s what it feels like)I’ll be watching/reading, then whenever the two characters come together and have a
“moment”, my heart goes thump-thump-thump, my mouth breaks out into a GLEEful grin, and I literally scream at whatever I’m looking at and say “Just grab him and kiss him silly!” I’m always happy after this incident, so I know that when I need a pick-me-up I just go to my favorite relationship stories and read them ;)
Did that even make sense? :D
Side note: Just saying GLEEEEEEE is a GLEE moment for me! It’s such a fun word!

First of all, love your new signature, m’lady! :D
As for my glee? I’ve got a few things, really. I love when I first get on the internet and I check my favorite sites and discover an update on a blog (like yours!), or a new email in my inbox. I can feel a big, dopey smile stretching across my face, and I love it! :)
Also, when I order something online and I get to open the box and take out my purchases and show them off to anyone who will listen!
And finally, possibly my biggest glee moment, is when I head off to a dance competition with my best friends and teammates. It feels so good to show off the dances we’ve worked so hard on the entire year. Plus, spending time with my besties always gives me the warm fuzzies, so it’s a win-win! :)

I have two serious GLEEs that I can’t decide between right now. First off, I’m turning 18 in 13 days! I’m not very excited to be an adult, but I am taking a group of my college friends home for the weekend to a Mickey/Minnie Mouse party with my 3-year-old faux-brother. (:
Secondly, I’m going to start DJing for my campus radio very soon! I’m stoked to share my music choices with an audience, not just forcing them upon my friends.

The most gleeful thing in my life right now is my decision to pursue a life long dream i’ve been harboring. I love to sing and have been since as long as i can remember. over the years i have shyed away from auditions and talent shows/searches because i was always too afraid of rejection.
now i’m at this point in my life where i’m still young (i’m only 22) but definitely getting older and i don’t want to be 45 and look back on my life and resent myself for not pursuing something that means a lot to me.
because of this i decided to stop being scared and take the initiative and contact some vocal studios and coaches and i’m so excited to hear back from them! even if it doesn’t turn into any sort of career it won’t matter because at least i’ll have the satisfaction of knowing i tried.
*no regrets only risks!

Lately what has been bringing me glee is just little random art projects that I’ve been doing. I just graduated from college in June and now I’m back home wondering what my next step will be. I’ve been helping my mom at work (she’s a 2nd grade teacher) and I just love the free time I have to myself to create whatever I want. I’ve made sticker’s for prizes in my mom’s classroom that were Spongebob and My Little Pony. I’ve taken a plain white x-box controller and colored it to my hearts desire (my boyfriend loves x-box). And I’ve been working on fixing up a doll house. Plus I’ve got a list of many more things I want to do. These small little projects really do bring me glee and I’m so glad I have the time to do them. =)

My biggest Glee at the moment, would have to be the surprise my friends gave me last night. My Grandpa passed away on Sunday morning, so Monday night (I live in Australia) my Friends took me out, made me laugh and reminisced with me which made me feel so much better! I’m still sad of course, but it means so much to have their support!

My biggest GLEE right now is being able to make my best friend smile even when her life is in the worst shape it’s ever been in. She lives in the ghetto, has had to be a squatter, has had to endure abuse from family and friends, living off food stamps…
But! When I can bring her over to my house for a weekend and help her out whenever I can, be it a few bucks to spare (We’re not all that rich either) or going to get chinese or even just having a night to laugh, her face lights up the whole time.
That’s my GLEE. And I’ll keep doing it, because seeing her happy makes me extra happy :)

My biggest GLEE of the moment was watching Lady Gaga at the MTV Video Music Awards. She was the only reason I wanted to watch. Her outfits were something I would’ve never dreamed of seeing her show up in. (Especially the feathers and the gilded neckbrace!) Her performance was so epic and energetic. And she sang LIVE on top of it all. I know a lot of people don’t “get” her, but I totally loved it. It’s so refreshing to see an artist as original as she is wanting to express herself in such a way.

I’m not going to lie, my biggest glee at the moment is that I really like somebody after 2 years of being single. When he hugs me, my heart skips not only one beat, but about four. He’s so beautiful in an absolutely unique way. He’s built like Jack Skellington and looks incredible. He makes my heart happy and I think he likes me too. It’s maybe not what you wanted in an answer to your question, but oh my god I needed to vent to somebody. <333

My biggest recent glee was this weekend. I was in a low mood, lamenting that I never felt like I was making any kind of progress in life. my boyfriend and I brainstormed on a couple projects I could do to encourage me, and we decided that I should start my Halloween costume: a splicer from the video game Bioshock. I decided on this particular splicer model:
http://www.2kgames.com/cultofrapture/features/splicerart/crawler3.jpg
Infused with a new energy, I went down to one of my favorite used clothing stores called Hollywood Mirror. to my shock and delight, I found the PERFECT dress to turn into my splicer dress; the seams and color were a perfect match! and it was only 10 dollars!!!
the day got better when I found another incredible dress, also for 10 dollars, AND when I found out the store was hiring for the Halloween season! I’ve been out of a job for far too long so I applied immediately; and it turns out someone who works there knows my sister and recognized my last name on the resume! I figure this ups my chances of getting hired bigtime, so I was really excited.
That day I felt like I could take on the world! THAT is glee!

For me it was this weekend when I got to see my boyfriend. I don’t get to see him very often because we kind of live far away from one another and with our busy schedules it is sometimes very difficult to spend time together. I hadn’t seen him in a month and got a surprise phone call of him telling me he’s on his way to pick me up. I was so excited I literally jumped up and down and danced around my room. It was the greatest surprise ever and I was the happiest I’ve been all month.
I want to see him as much as I can because he ships off to boot camp for the marines.

A week ago, i went out for a walk, and came across a box by the side of the road making the strangest noise! i opened it up, and found the most gorgeous 2week old golden kitten i had ever seen! after taking him to the vets, i was allowed to take him home and nurse him back to health. he was pretty afraid at first, and i was worried he wasnt going to love me back and become more friendly. but a few days after, i was woken up in the dark at 2am, to hear the tiniest little purring noise right next to my ear, and to feel a set of tiny little paws touching my cheek. teeny tiny tom had climbed all the way up to be next to me on the bed, and he still does it now!
So the most glee im getting at the minute, is from a tiny golden ball of fluff, showing his appreciation with his tiny little purrs and cuddles!

I’m gleeing so much because I’ve had a shitty day. I’m gleeing because I’ve been pushed down by my sculpture professor who told me he wouldn’t let me graduate next semester. I’m gleeing because I fell hanging an installation at 3 am and chipped a vertebrae this week. I’m gleeing because I went to a thrift store, found a 3$ dress, went to try it on, and heard the people in the stall next to me having sex, freaked out, ran home, and cried. But most of all, I’m gleeing because despite all this, I stood up to my professor, finished a dreamy installation, found an amazing roommate who can’t wait to move in with me, found a chiropractor who makes my back feel lovely, have friends who are willing to listen to me cry for hours on end, and above all, am at a place in my life where no matter what happens, I love who I’m becoming and am so excited for whatever the future wants to throw at me!

I love to do it because I get to see the books that have been loved to pieces. The library also sells withdrawn books for 50 cents each and I like it because since I’m withdrawing them, I get first pick! Today I got a big book of photographs of classic cars.
My favorite thing I withdrew today was an old, seriously beat up romance novel called Never Trust A Rake, which according to the staff member I spoke to, had been checked out an average of once a month, every month, for the past 10 years. She said “I thought about taping it up again, but I decided it’s finally time to retire it.”
I just love all that! I feel so gleeful every Monday when I go in to volunteer.

Ugh… It is a good “ugh” not a bad one. It means, “Oh my sugary goodness, there are so many happy glees to choose from, which one will I pick?”
I think I must give you several. My biggest glee #1 is aerating the world’s lawns, one pair of high heels at a time. My biggest glee #2 is that so far, I’ve been to school five days this year and I have looked fabulous for all five of them. It is a tendency of mine to give in to lazy dressing when the pressure builds up (3 AP classes, college apps and auditions, 11 hour school days, AAACK!), which is really stupid because then I hide all day and miss out on possibly one of the most fun things I get to do all day (get dressed crazy, duh!)! My biggest glee #3 is that HALLOWEEN IS COMING!!!! YAY!!! I know I know, but I’ve been excited about Halloween coming since November 1st last year, and now it’s only 1 1/2 months away!! And, Halloween means two of my best friend’s birthdays (thereabouts), which means lots of fun cake baking and cake eating and present shopping and present making and party going and dressing up and all around GLEE! That is a good word, Doe.

I couldn’t be more gleeful right now… to the point that I wish the words that I’m typing were bigger somehow, or more vibrant, or something that could possibly convey just how gleeful I am.
Think about this: There are colours out there in the world that the human eye simply can’t see. We’re just not outfitted properly to see them, but they’re there. If there is a colour that could represent my glee right now, that colour would exist only in the realm that cannot be seen by human eyes. That’s how intense my glee is.
Why so gleeful? Because on Sunday, I get to put on the most beautiful dress I will probably ever own, and attend the biggest party that I will likely ever attend… and at the end of it all, I will be married to the love of my life.
The shadow side is the fact that I’m so incredibly happy, I’m terrified that I will never be this happy again. I wish I could be this happy forever and ever and ever!

As of lately i have been dealing with a lot…
i had to change schools, this guys doesn’t want to get with me because he feels as if he’ll mess it up, and so on and so forth.
even though many things seem bleak right now for multiple reasons, i can’t help but be ecstatic.
by nature i’m an optimistic person so when i’m truly upset i’ll crank up the tunage and begin to bake. I want to try new things but cakes are my safe zone(:
as for my future, i want to be a write and my father may have found some people who are willing to check out some of my work.
what it all boils down to is that my glee moments are all of the time. I try and ignore the bad so that i can cherish the good(:

My biggest GLEE! is kitten frills. Its so easy…12 inches of any sparkly, glittery, fun trim, some elastic and a few stitches later…boom! Ruffle-collar kitten. She’s learning to walk on a leash, though so far she’s only been able to delight the elderly lady next door – we don’t get any further than that! But pom poms, fringes and frills are adorable around her little calico tiger face. Should I sign up for Etsy and make these things for kittens around the world? Because lolcats have nothing on my Nola in her ruffles.

She tries to breakdance. She strums my guitar and sings about pizza. Those little things make me smile when nothing else will.

What makes me do the happy dance? Every time I think about it:
My stunningly gorgeous, sweet, talented, supportive, with whom I am starting my life as an adult, getting our own place, falling deeper and deeper in love with boyfriend, in black 6 inch platform, suede & fur-lined Playa boots, that were also a gift. I got 2 pair, one without fur trim, and he said he’d wear them with me whenever I liked. Perhaps we can incorporate them into a couple’s costume (which he’s dying to do with me)
Basically him in all the time, but something about the boots just makes me giggle.

Well I was really excited about the VMAs. I watched them and my favorite part was Lady Gaga’s performance. And her outfits! I think she had 5 or 6 separate outfits for the night. The first one, the one for her performance, the one after her performance, the one where she accepted the BNA award, her afterparty outfits…

Glee? What is my Glee?
Well that’s simple, for me. Maybe I won’t make sense, or maybe it won’t seem right but to me my Glee is Life. I love to wake up, I love those little simple choices in life, what to wear, how to do my hair, what make up to put on what is this and this is that, what is what.
I love it all.
But then there are the choices that are dearest to me. Such is when I should call my family and friends and tell them how much I love them, just to hear my families voice from 1000 miles away makes me want to cry. I miss them everyday and realize that I may never come back to that town of my childhood to stay, because of where I have placed myself, but those daily choices keep me busy and even though they confuse me sometimes, I never let myself fall down, I promised to them and myself I would catch myself before and continue my days one step at a time. Even though weakness remains, the trees show us when it is time to shed our colors and begin again and continue with a smile. Why? Because even though it hurts so much to be apart I do this for all of them so I can be the one to fall upon when they need help. I hate it, but I love it. How can that make sense? Well to me it just does.
And perhaps maybe this is the strangest part. All this makes me so bubbly, jumpy, excited, pleased grateful so much I can’t understand how to contain it from time to time. I laugh out loud, I dance, I sing, I whistle, I play my instrument I sew, I paint I do everything to release them out in the air and spread it out into the world. And yet it is only released when I finally say to them all I love you.
And to know that as long as I continue to live they will continue to be happy, and I too shall be happy. Even though I can’t be that daughter to bare children or that daughter to take the family business back home I can be that daughter that began her travels right after school to begin her life in college for them and for herself. Because even though the life ahead is all mine, I want nothing more to do then to share it with my family, friends and future ahead.
Its so simple that life should make me happy, I don’t know why I missed it before. Regardless of warning from those back home, the future doesn’t scare me, nor should it. This is my life, and I’m so happy. Every morning that I wake, I could just cry from the joyful feeling beating in my heart sometimes it beats so happy and hart it hurts.
I really don’t know how to tell you this because there is so much more then these little paragraphs, or even why I should tell you this. But this question touched me to the point that I just felt I needed to share. You share so much to us and this questions is perfect to know a little of one of your readers and their Glee.
Even if it was only but a snippet of what Glee I have, with a simple breath of fresh air.
Sorry if it perhaps does not make sense to you, I typed this out as it came from my mind to my fingertips, like coffee is spilled over…and yet this makes sense to me. Because its what’s in my heart.
XOXO
Miss Sin

My GLEE is my ‘Man Wall’. It was a joint venture my roommate of two years I and I started. On the back of our door we posted up picture of all the actors/singers/models/atrists etc. that we thought were attracive. That way we always started our day happy and left our room with a smile on our faces!
Now that she’s graduated, I’m putting one up in my new room to remind me of her….and to put that skip in my step too!

My new kitten Cosmo is my current ‘glee’. I rescued him off the side of the road. We were driving home and I saw him run out of this field into the other lane and sit down. He was looking at the window, not the headlights. So we stopped and he was so tiny and cold and his eyes were gummy and I don’t think he could see. He would have gotten in the car himself, had we given him the chance. So he lives with us now! I took him to the vet and he is so much better! He weighed 10oz at the vet that first morning we had him, haha. He is so cute. He belongs with us and it feels like he’s lived with us forever. He’s so playful and he didn’t even have to be litter box trained! he just figured it out!
Now Cosmo goes in the car, sleeps with me, and he is just darling.
I love him, he makes my heart smile!

Right now, I am most GLEEful for fall! I’m starting to purchase new shoes and new outfits! All of the sweaters and skirts that i’ll get to wear! Tights! Boots! Berets! Peacoats and of course the makeup!
All of the darker colors! Pumpkin Orange! Dark Purple! and Browns for my eyes!
French Vanilla Mocha to keep me warm!
I love watching all of the trees turn their various shades of purple, brown, orange, and red. Then raking them up into giant piles just to stuff them into oversized orange trash bags outfitted with a pumpkin face on the front!
The warm feeling you get deep inside when you make sugar cookies shaped like leaves and pumpkins with your friends and family, and of course the never ending amounts of pumpkin breads and pies.
Halloween and Thanksgiving. :D

My glee is bargain hunting. I’m “between jobs” right now, so I’m on a very tight budget, but today I picked up a nearly 100-year-old book for $2.37 (including tax), and a bright blue silk dress and grey silk raincoat for $1 each. That’s more than I’d usually spend on ‘unnecessary’ items in a week, but they’re quality items that I will use and that will give me a lot of joy. I especially like that the raincoat was previously owned by the seller’s mother. Taking comfort in something that gave at least two other people shelter makes it feel like it’s extra-protective, and still warm from their love.

Starting cosmetology school is making me super glee-ful right now! (I start Oct. 5) I’m so excited to get my kit (so many wonderful treasures!)
And just DOING something. I graduated high school in June, and since then I’ve just been at my house like a hermit! I’m so excited to meet new people, and people with my interests!
Also
Wii-fit. This game is boosting my confidence x 1000, I love it! My boyfriend bought it for me for my 18 bday last week Tuesday, and I’ve been playing it nonstop!
Hot studded shoes are making me drool, so I can’t wait to get my license so I can get a job, make some money and buy everything to my hearts full content.
HALLOWEEN
MMM I can’t wait.
I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and last year we had our first ever (+ record breaking/holding) zombie walk! I’m pumped for this years! It’s going to be bigger and better than last years!
OH! AANDDD (lol I’m just full of Glee, huh?)
my sister’s cat had her kittens, so in a couple of months I get a new baby! I’m going to name him Oscar. C: so cute.
allright that’s it for my glee, although i could totally go on.

This is pretty silly glee, but my birthday is coming up on September 22! The real reason it’s so glee-inducing? It’s my golden birthday -I’m turning 22! Thats always been a lucky number for me, especially when starting something new (maybe because 22 in the tarot corresponds to 0, the Fool card), and I am also starting lots of new chapters in my life. So since I’m turning 22 on the 22nd, I’m sure I’ll be doubly lucky :D
Also, I think it’s going to be a really good birthday: all of my birthdays since I’ve turned fifteen have turned out sad or stressful for me in one way or another, but I just have a feeling that this one is going to be wonderful, and of course, gleeful ;)

My biggest GLEE of the moment is knowing that Alan G. Parker is sending me one of his Who Killed Nancy? japanese posters for free. Mostly I’m excited about this because this man is the definitive author on Sid Vicious whom I am absolutely fascinated with. I collect as much as I can of anything involving Sid. And to have someone who’s the closest I’ve ever known to actually knowing Sid (he was actually good friends with his mother before she committed suicide. she sent him a goodbye note which asked him to let the world know that “whatever my son was, he was not a murderer.” thus Alan came out with the movie WKN?). I’ve never come across someone who despite knowing many major people in the music industry (mostly 70s and 80s musicians) is so incredibly generous to a nobody like me to send me things for free and drop me a line just to ask how i’m doing. It’s quite uplifting and makes me feel special and full of GLEE!!!

Drawing makes me happy! ^u^ I put my heart into my art and sometimes even have pride in sometimes. It’s satisfying to see my dreams come alive through my own hands and create a concept of your own. I see how I want life to be, realizing my dreams and perfecting them each time. It also makes me happy to draw what I can’t have, though it sounds strange, it’s like my life seems perfect at that very moment. I also love to sing and dance. I come outside of my shell and express my feelings, even though I tend to look silly or sound off-pitch. I pour my emotions into my voice, make up movements to my favorite music and go for it! It was easy when I was little, I’d dance at parties with a hankerchief and make up my own songs. X3 Lastly,I love to write. Writing to you this very moment makes me happy!
with GLEE,

For most of my life, I’ve been painfully shy. I’ve always had fabulous dreams of dressing up and doing make up and just going out and not being afraid of being judged…but I was too scared, so instead I hid in oversized hoodies and jeans that were 2 sizes too big.
My glee? recently, I’ve had a bit of a breakthrough, and (being inspired by fabulous people like you and Gala), I’ve begun forcing myself out of my shell and into the world…I’m starting to wear makeup and dresses and…gasp! actually even brush my hair in the mornings! not to mention beginning to be able to talk to people. It all seems pretty simple, I guess, but to someone like me, things like this induce the greatest amount of glee. :)

So many things that give me GLEE! Here is a short list:
*My sister is about to have a baby. Like any second now. I am nearly crying with happiness to have my first nephew! He’s due today, crossing my fingers!
*Going on an epic 4 week road trip, then coming home to my animals, roomates and our loft’s ballpit!
*My new neighbor. Shes a vegan foodie and likes to give me snacks. She gave me pickled garlic, pickled watermelon rinds, corn husk tea and is going to teach me how to make my own kombucha.
*My boyfriend is getting me a bicycle for my birthday. I am BEYOND thrilled.
*My boyfriend makes me giddy in general. He only wears the color blue and it delights me.
*The new lime crime lipstick line. My bestie and I are saving our bucks to get all the flavors!!!

I’m usually a lurker on blogs, and though I read a lot, I don’t normally comment even for contests like this. But this time, I had a glee & it just needs to be shared.
After making it all the way through nursing school, I have passed my boards and am now a full-fledged registered nurse. This is more glee for me since I already had one degree (in communication) and felt I needed to go back because I felt a pull toward nursing. Now I’m finished and I’m working as a nurse on an orthopedic floor. As if that wasn’t enough glee, I found out today that I’m being written up as a “Shining Star” for this little stunt of mine: http://hillarygayle.dreamwidth.org/39070.html. I made myself a glittering brooch for my ID badge, then I made them for everyone else. Administration was impressed and now I’m being recognized for it. All this in addition to my managers loving my eyeshadow every day (the yellow/bright blue is the general favorite). I save lives, and I live my own dream. That is a LOT of glee. ^+^

My glee of the moment is my new study and everything that I got with that. I’ve just started Psychology on the University. Because it’s so far away I live on my own now. Even though it was a bit hard in the beginning I really love the freedom I have now! Not that my parent’s were controlfreaks, but being able to cook for myself gives a certain glee x3
Also here in my new city I’ve met new friends and I already know that they are going to be the best friends I’ve ever had! With my previous friends was always something wrong.. something didn’t click, but with my new friends I keep discovering things that we have in common! And if we have something different we love to learn from each other instead of trying to adapt ourselves to each other.. XD
I do hope I make a bit sense, English isn’t my first language and I’m a bit in a rush.. but I wanted to close this comment of glee to say that Dee; your blog also gives me glee. I’m really excited about trying out for the Bellydance Superstars. I’m a belly dancer, and they are easily the best troupe in the world. Doing what I love – dancing and traveling, will be so amazing! I hope I can make it, and just thinking about it makes my heart flutter. It’s been my dream since I was 15, and now I’m old enough to audition! :D

What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that happy dance?
Honestly now it’s donating. There are quite lots of ‘actions’ to help feed all the homeless puppies. The story of that makes my heart break of sadness, but I try to involve as many people as possible.
I think that when I’ll bring all the food for those puppies, it will be a really happy moment for me. One that you can’t forget.
So now my biggest GLEE is helping animals. I love animals… A lot! ^^

My biggest glee at the moment would be the collection of assorted driftwood sticks that my art teacher gave me – their texture and shape is so beautiful and delicate and they thoroughly remind me of antlers – perhaps why she gave them to me, as I’m studying deer at the moment. It’s been used in some photos, and I’m very happy with the results, and it’s now sitting in the corner of my room, making me smile whenever I glance over.

Oh, this is definately something I can answer easily, especially right now!
My GLEE is that for my birthday this past Friday, I got my hair redone after months of a very plain, ho-hum style. I got it cut, which always feels good, and I got my bangs styled and dyed! And not just any one color, but four lovely, vibrant shades! A lovely indigo, a sweet magenta, a pretty yellow, and my favorite, a gorgeous shade of jade green! It all mixes together so beautifully! I can change how I style my bangs to show off the pink and blue with yellow and green accents, or flip it for a bold yellow and green with pink and blue accents! it’s so lovely, and I can’t wait to do it again! I’m even thinking about dying the rest of my hair a darker green or blue to match, instead of my natural dark brown.

OMG. Incredably GLEE – ful moment was acctually yesterday, I was at our local shopping center with my partner and I walked into HMV and there it was, the sun from outside amplifying the vivid rainbow colours from hundreds of small printed cardboard boxes. I gasped aloud, then strode forth and embraced one of the boxes!! I had completely forgtten that my favortie band’s new album was being realsed that day. My boyfriend thought I was nuts, but very cute. MUSE LOVERS! THE RESISTANCE IS HERE!!

I can’t wait to go out tomorrow night because the routine is to get covered in vaseline and bring the glitter shaker out! I don’t want any skin showing, it all has to be covered like one massive dancing piece of glitter!

My biggest moment of glee?
Well, i’m always full of glee when i’m with my friends. I’ve had depression for two years now and it’s been a struggle to try not to do something to myself. My friends have been with me since it started and if im ever feeling overwelmed or upset they try to cheer me up or make me take my mind off of it. I think that without my friends i probably wouldn’t be here right now.

Looking in the mirror this morning – it sounds so silly, but I pulled out my braids that I’d slept in and stretched out some sore muscles from all the fitness stuff I’ve been doing (aiming for my black-belt soon – running 3 times a week, training twice a week etc) and there in the mirror was a slim curly-haired girl who looked really happy to be alive.
I kept looking in every reflection all day – and everytime there was that same gleeful girl looking as delightfully surprised as I felt.
…it seems so silly to type it like that…

My glee right now is that I’ve gotten the opportunity to live a dream of mine! The summer had started really exciting for me when in May my husband and I found out we were going to have the baby we were trying for finally! It already had the proudest parents and grandparents around but unfortunately on Memorial Day weekend I felt something was wrong and had to go to the ER to confirm what I already knew…I lost the baby. Now this might now sound too gleeful but I have come to find out that everything that bad happens to bring on something good :)
At the same time I was working at a job I hated and I felt like I got a sign that I needed to change my life so when the baby was ready to come to us, we’d be ready for it!
I sew and had been selling items on etsy for awhile but what I really wanted to do was open my own store where people like me who need to touch and carry and have mini fashion shows before they buy could! So I wanted to open a handmade boutique so people could have the luxury of handmade and getting to shop in the traditional way.
My husband, friends, and family were very supportive and backed me 100%! So as of August 4th my “glee” came true and I get to do something i’m passionate about each and everyday. I thought at first my glee would just come from making my dream come true but I never realized how much something handmade would be appreciated in little ol’ Iowa but it really makes people feel special when they can get something for themselves or others that was made with love and bought with love!
My Glee is Fannie’s Closet and makes me dance around and smile uncontrollably and I LOVE IT!

Hmmm..Things that make my heart jump in happiness…There aren’t that many, actually, if I think about it there are about 2-3 things that make my heart jump.
1. Imagining that I’d win the box of delights ,seeing that I’m the unluckiest persons ever. You’re maybe wondering, what’s so unlucky about me? I’m that kind of persons that steps into gum on the streets, when I’m hurrying to catch a cab or a bus or something,it drives off (or doesn’t even stop), the light always changes red when I try to cross the street,I’ve never won a THING..haha,which is kind of depressing, Kind of. But i’m used to it.
2. Reading your blog – not to be a butt-kisser(as they’re called in my country) but I absolutely adore everything about it! The way you write- it makes the stories I wrote look shameful! I absolutely adore it and you’re a huge inspiration – I even started wearing high heels because since I’ve started reading your blog , I became more and more determined to dress the way I FEEL, not what my family wants and certanly not the way others think it’s cool! I also love the pictures you take, the way you look !
3. Thinking that i’ve almost saved enough money to buy some lime crime makeup!
4. Realizing that in a couple of days I will be held in my boyfriend’s arms, being kissed on my forehead and being told how much i was missed.
I don’t know if you will even read my post…Since many many people entered.. And I’d be sooooo happy if I’d win something in my life! Haha… I can die happily if I win your box of delights =D

Right now I’m particularly full of GLEE due to the new apartment I moved into over the weekend.
My boyfriend broke up with me the day before I was scheduled to sign the lease and then a week later was my birthday. Saturday rolled around and a ton of my dearest friends showed up to help me load everything up. All said the move took about an hour. An hour! That has to be a record for quickness! I’m still feeling the love.
No more dark, weird basement for me! I’m completely enthused about my high ceilings, tall windows and extra space. I can finally grow plants! My cat has even become less neurotic! Everything is so rosy!

Well, even when things are awful, I always find that a good bright bold lipstick does the trick. It immediately brightens the face, adds extra character, give more confidence and just catching a glimpse of it in a mirror or window, even if otherwise bare faced, always makes me smile. It can also be applied and reapplied in a hurry and it doesn’t cost a fortune, like a week in the sun would.

To answer the question: What makes you heart do that happy dance?
I would have to say watching the Canadian television series Departures. This show follows three guys as they travel around the world. The cinematographer is amazing and the scenery he captures is epic. While watching this show my heart does summersaults, the places they travel to are not the most typical travel destinations but the two hosts and talented cinematographer bring out the hidden beauty. I was recently bitten by the travel bug when I went to France and Italy for a two week school trip and want to continue uncovering the world around me through travel. Since University started I can’t afford to travel but while watching this show I feel as though I am.
Departures makes my heart do a happy dance, it allows me to travel from my couch to an exotic destination and fill my head and heart with dreams and ideas that I can only hope to achieve in the near future.

Let me start by telling you that these last couple of months have been really hard on me and everyone I’m in close proximity with: My best friend’s dad died (the father of her and her six brothers and sisters). My boyfriend and I accidentally got pregnant, and then upon getting attached to the idea of being parent, I miscarried. And to top it off, we all live together and have all just started college. We haven’t had a chance to fall apart the entire time, and have all been so wrapped up in ourselves lately that we haven’t really been there for each other.
Finally, after about 3 months of absolute chaos and heartbreak, everything started to settle down. Until I got a call from my doctor, who helped me through the miscarriage. He told me that my papsmear had come back abnormal, and rattled off a few less than desirable diseases it could have been, but insisted that it was most likely cervical cancer. Which came as a shock and a slap in the face, seeing as my boyfriend was only my second sexual partner and I’d always taken precautions and been safe. And even had the Gardasil shot!
It was just one thing after another, but being the natural optimist, I am, I stayed strong.
Optimism didn’t keep me from worrying the whole week before my biopsy though. Then another long, tense week on my results. I called them the day they had told me my results would be back and they informed me that they had found abnormal tissue…but that I’d have to come in the next day to discuss my options with the doctor.
By now, I’d done all the waiting I could handle, and I broke down. And so did my boyfriend. We went in the next day, and the doctor told me that I had “mild displasia”. It wasn’t cancer, but it could become it. All I’d have to do was have a minor surgery and then most likely never worry about it again.
I practically skipped out of the office into the arms of my love, elated that I didn’t have cancer. Everything has been so wrong lately, that something as small as not having cancer has made me particularly gleeful about life. I want to tell everyone I know and even people I don’t that I’m back to my old optimistic self.
Maybe this wasn’t what you had in mid, but I’ve never been so joyous in my life. :)

When I dyed my hair bright pink for the first time last spring. It shocked everyone and made me feel 1000x better about everything. The most amazing strangers approached me all the time when I had that hair to either ask me questions or tell me stories. I didn’t get a single negative response which blew me away. It’s odd, but having neon pink hair really felt natural to me. At the moment I have brown hair and while it’s closer to my “natural” hair color, it doesn’t feel nearly as effortless to me as the pink did. I can’t wait to get it back in a few months.

I still neeeded the caffine though. So I think this month I’ve spent way to much on tea. I have tea’s of all kinds and I love them all. All my extra money went to a teapot, and 5 more boxes of tea! All diffrent flavours! I love sitting down after working all day and being able to enjoy a nice hot, relaxing cup and watch a good forien film. It makes me feel so happy and super relaxed. :-)

My biggest glee moment right now is watching my dog and my cousin’s dog play in the backyard on Sundays. They love each other and they’ll run and pounce and tackle each other until they both get so tired that they run up to me and my cousin and pass out on our feet. They’re just so cute and they make me laugh every time they get together. :)

“What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that happy dance?”
My biggest GLEE right now is probably coming from my university acting class. I am having a ball focusing on real professional acting in a way that I’ve never been able to. All of the movement and expression involved is just wonderfully GLEEful! I come out of every class feeling great. (Also, tomorrow, we’re going to spend class watching the cast of Avenue Q rehearse!! :3)

My glee of the moment is embracing my creative spirit. When I was younger, I used to draw all the time until one day my teacher took my notebook and said it would get me nowhere. He said I was wasting my time and that I should focus on studying. It really broke me. Even now I sometimes feel that way again. But I now take an advanced art class and I’ve been making jewelry and painting regularly. This is my glee. I’m glad to have gotten it back.

I am currently loving waking up and getting ready to go somewhere be it school or to run errands. I love picking out my outfits and going through what i have and making what i wear my art. Even if i can’t get it right i still love attempting to. It gets my mind of what i have to do or what isn’t so gleeful. And once i’m ready to get out of the house i look in the mirror and get a boost of confidence that makes the day so ouch brighter.

My biggest glee right now is knowing that I’m getting an education! It’s so exciting to know that I’m learning things now that I can use during the rest of my life, especially to help those who aren’t as lucky as me and didn’t have the opportunity to get an education. Just the feeling of learning makes me so happy!
And I also love that my high school has such an awesome art program. I have the opportunity to be educated in photography and graphic design – and for free!
I can use my education to help change the world, and that’s a HUGE glee in my life!

My current glee of the moment is that I’m doing well in all my high school classes!!!
I’m a freshman and high school is so nerve-racking for me!! There are so many things you can and cannot do and the fact that all my classes are enjoyable and that I am passing all of them with very good grades is making me glee my pants in joy!! I’m getting used to high school life incredibly quickly but I still have a long way to go! I might not be that “little girl in grade school” but I’m not exactly “the girl that goes to high school” either. I have a lot to learn and the notion of learning more things is making me glee myself and pee myself in gleeeeeeeee and nervousness!! :DD The other thing that I’m gleeing myself with is that I made it into the high school drumline!! It’s a huge deal since there are only 17 of us out of the entire 1000 people in my school! (There might be more but I am not sure. >.<) I'm jumping up and down in my seat as I type and I absolutely adore and glee my pants for my school supplies! I like new things. :) Maybe that's why I like shopping so much! <33~
good luck to all the other entrants. :D

My biggest glee: The feeling of getting up in the morning, anticipating my potential adventures for the day, getting dressed and glammed up according to how i’m feeling, and speeding off onto the highway in my car–off to another day of school. Glee for me right now is watching my 20 month old daughter become more and more her own person, which manifests itself differently every day.
Lately it is in the way she starts all of her requests with the phrase “how ’bout…” as in “how ’bout….juice?” It’s in the way she wanted to hug every tree we passed on our walk tonight, and in the way she counted to three all by herself in anticipation of being swung into the air.
What will it be tomorrow, next week, a month from now? I don’t know- that’s what is most Gleeful of all!

I work at a camp in the summer for special needs kids and it is my biggest sourse of happiness. Throughout the year if I’m ever bummed I just have to think about it or look at pictures. Lots of people have probably cited significant others, but I’m in the start of a new relationship and it’s on my mind!
I love the GLEE of looking back on a goodbye with someone interesting, on the second or third date, and when you think on it, you can see the signs that this relationship is going to be something special, from the soft look in their eyes to the slightly crooked way they smile after a goodnight kiss, the way their body language shows that they don’t want to leave you…

My GLEE of the moment is a charity someone in my Star Trek LiveJournal community (I know it sounds geeky. It is.) is trying to start. It’s called Project Enterprise. The goal is to rais enough money to sink a well in a small african village. Currently it’s still just trying to get off the ground, so right now there isn’t much I can do to help. But it still fills me with glee to think that a group of fans who came together to find other people with the same interests will actually be doing something that could change lives for the better.

I am fortunate enough to have lots of GLEE moments to choose from. Although they may not seem like a big deal to others, here are a few things that bring me GLEE…
1. Creating the perfect haircut for a client (the ones that are sooo good, you think they might cry from joy.
Amazing hair = Confidence)
2. Getting to dress cute at work. I know that sounds silly, but I have the freedom to wear whatever I want and that feels really good. It also feels really good when co workers tell you that you inspire them to sauce it up a little.
3. Hearing my kids playing all by themselves. They are totally uninhibited, they do funny voices, make up silly songs, and you can stand there for ten full minutes to get a glimpse into their little world without them noticing you. <3

Something especially ‘glee-ful’ to me is when I say something, or I do something subconsiously that makes someone around me laugh or smile. Sometimes it can be embarassing, or maybe it’s just something I never noticed about myself but it’s worth making someone elses mood a little brighter for the moment. Maybe if I dance, or if I say something. It’s a small gesture but I love to laugh and even though that’s incredibly cliche it’s incredibly true.
Or another ‘GLEE’ moment is when I eat vanilla baby scones, which of course is just as simple.

My GLEE is that I just got 2 diagnosis after 8 years of sickness (Asperger syndrome and ADD), not beeing able to live a normal life. I have gotten a new medicine that is acually working. I had so many meds befor that didin’t work cause they wasen’t right for my condition and they messed up my body in many ways. That period of my life was very dark and I had more horrible things happening to me (I was raped at 16 by my first real boyfriend and I had 2 friends that died), but now I am 22 and finally my life is starting, I am in therapy off course and I have been since the age of 18 working on my problems, the new med is really working way better than all those diffrent anti-depressives they have been shoving down my throat.
It feels like I’m alive again. I can do stuff, I’m not afraid anymore. I can laugh, go out shopping! (I lived isolated in my apartment since I moved from home at 18. our system works a little diffrent in my country so the social services gave me money to live for since they thought it was better for me to have my own place than living with my mother.) I started to get some new friends (I’m not really good at social stuff cause of my Aspergers diagnos) and so much is because my new medicin. I Love your blogazine Xenia! It has become one of my cheer bringers in my everyday life (even befor the new med, sometimes reading your blogazine was the only good thing that day.)
Stay strong and carry on! <3

I have quite a few GLEE’s in my life right now :)
A big one is on Monday I will be starting to study Journalism at university, which I’m very excited about.
I have also been inspired to start up my own blog, which is fun so far. Maybe I won’t end up with a lot, or any, readers, but if it’s fun, there’s no harm in trying right? :)
I am also just generally feeling happy at the moment, which is one of the GLEE’s anyone can ask for!

Currently there are several GLEES on my list. My roommate and I were asked to do the makeup for our school’s Michael Jackson tribute show [Thriller]. I’m back at school and having a lot of fun, and the month of October is full of birthdays [including my twentieth!] and costume parties, hopefully. Also, Halloween is of course my favorite holiday, so I’m excited to create something new and extravagant. I’m going home for my birthday weekend to see Where The Wild Things Are with my crew, and we’re also going to a zombie walk in Albany. =] Plus I’m visiting the city soon to go shopping for sneakers, and hopefully working on more art while I’m at school. It should be a good semester.

My biggest glee moment would be sending packages to the troops. I take my paychecks from work and buy things they need. I guess that’s kind of like my own box of delights haha. Whether you agree with the war or not, (and who would agree with ANY war?) I think it’s nice to let someone know that someone cares about them. :) I always pick ones that don’t get any packages or have no families.

Me Glee.. I have two, #1 is giving gifts, I just love giving unexpected gifts, especially to those I know well, giving someone something I absolutely know they will love and are not expecting in the least, I love seeing them so happy, gleeful, and excited. #2 is visiting my favorite pooch pals, I moved out of my mothers house a little over a year ago now and had to leave my best bud at home with her, my all white super fluffy American Eskimo named Mika, she is the best dog I’ve ever owned she even knows the commands for go upstairs, and move, she’s my super loveable 32lbs. lap dog :) and the other pooch that over the past year has grown very close to my heart, my neighbors mixed-breed named Hugo, a little hyper thing but I love him all the same.. over the year I grew very fond of spending most of my time at the neighbors where I knew he would usually be along with his dogs, whereas upstairs at my place, my two roommates were never home, the apartment to me was a very lonely place so I spent that time at the neighbors, it became such a comfortable situation that I would take the dogs for walks and let them out if the neighbor wasn’t going to be around in the evening, and the neighbor would leave his doors unlocked and would occasionally find me hanging out with the dogs watching tv when he arrived home.. Hugo grew so fond of me that he whines when I pass by and don’t come in to visit him, and if I do visit him he immediately starts jumping at my legs for me to pick him up and hold him.. Hugo would follow me around all day, it became such a norm that my roommates and other close friends started calling me Hugo’s mommy.. I moved out of that apartment the end of last month and I miss him sooo much I’ve gone back to visit once since leaving and I was so surprised to find Hugo still does the exact same things, whining and getting really excited to see me. Both Mika, and Hugo are my secret, or not so secret pals, they can cheer me up when I’m in the worst of moods, I suffer from depression so that used to happen fairly frequently, there is nothing like a friend that is SUPER excited to see you every time they do no matter what!

Right now I am staying with my boyfriend for 3 months, I live in Germany and he lives in Los Angeles, its far apart! But I’m here at the moment and its FABULOUS! All the things I hated at home are gone. Theres these moments like spending an hour in the kitchen, trying to cook something up even though you don’t have too much cooking talent and you finish the food just in time before he gets home. I serve it to him once he sits down. I decorated the food with hearts out of carrots and tiny details like it and he says “thank you for food!” every time I cook. It makes me sparkle. I’m way too happy. I could go on for hours but I’m short on time :P And right about now I’m going to meet him! Wee <3<3<3

My GLEE of the moment is knowing that I did a good deed today! I found an envelope by the side of the road while walking a friend home, and I opened it up and there was 200 dollars in it! I went door to door asking if someone had lost their money until I found the person– turns out it was part of their rent for that month! Even though I could have bought myself a cute new wardrobe, I know I did the right thing.

“What is your biggest GLEE of the moment? What makes you heart do that little happy dance?”
I’m in post secondary school for visual design, but for a extra credit i do, relief and Intaglio. where I take a plate of metal, and with a sharp tool i cut a image, or a design into it.
Once I’m done I go though a process of using acid, to cut into the cuts, i made with my sharp tool and take it though a printing process. After a hard week of work (from a clean sheet of metal to the finish project printed onto a piece of paper) i get a over sense of glee, as i come up with the idea, as i make the first few scratches into the metal sheet, and as i peel the paper way from my metal to see how that print came out. i love traditional printing!!! there is always an element of “whats going to happen next?” and “how will this turn out?” that i can’t get from any other medium!
it always makes my heart beat quickly and i always make time for it, even if I’m chin deep in other projects for school :D

my glee comes from something that most people take for granted. it comes from free time. I’m taking a really heavy course load this semester, as well as doing a lot of extracurriculars, so when I’m not in class I inevitably have something to do. but when I have a little spare time (even five minutes makes me happy) I love being able to just chill and do something that doesn’t have to be done.
so many people take their free time for granted, but now that it’s so hard to come by for me, it makes me incredibly happy. :)

I plan on joining the history honour society as well as one of the newspapers that are published on my campus.

so, you can probably understand my glee. i LOVE being able to embrace my inner nerd again & doing things i excel in (other than sewing) & being challenged & meeting & being surrounded by so many awesome people (i’ve been running unbelievably low on friends lately) & my life falling back into place & feeling good about myself again. i’ve been smiling so much for the past week! i could get used to this :p

My eternal GLEE is a handmade Christmas card my best guy friend gave me a few years ago (accompanying a bag of Starburst, a Santa hat, and a bottle of shampoo. I kid you not). It’s sloppily but lovingly cobbled together from paper and scotch tape, replete with printed pictures of Adrian Brody and sad, sad attempts at French. Sound terrible? It may be, but I treasure it more than any other gift I’ve ever received. Whenever I have a bad day, I pull it out from my journal, and it cheers me right up without fail!

The one thing that always and forever will make me smile is working with people’s self-esteem, mainly when it has to do with sexuality or sexual orientation.
I hate that we live in a world where people can be taunted, alienated, or even killed just for loving someone of the same sex. Suicide rates are FOUR times higher among those in the gay community; among gay men, the statistic is SIX times higher. As an out and proud pansexual (it means I don’t care about gender) fighting my own battles with atypical depression, I’ve always felt called to take steps to reduce these devastating realities.
So now, I work with people one-on-one – not as part of an agency, just on my own – talking out their problems. I’m not a psychologist or even a psych major. I’m just a friend; but for the people in this community, a friend is the most profound thing anyone could possibly offer. There is no kind of joy on the planet that lives up to the glee of knowing that you might have saved a life.

I even love the disappointment I feel when the package isn’t there yet. And when it IS there, I’m just filled with such complete GLEE that I always skip all the way back to my house (no joke)!

There is no moment more gleeful to me than to not only be working on one of my paintings or drawings, but to have it come together smoothly.
Sometimes when I work on one of my projects I feel like I’m trying to hammer a square peg into a circular slot. It’s frustrating, agonizing, and can make me wish I had a more relaxing passion. But when I’m working on a project and everything comes together just right it’s the best feeling on the planet. And it reminds me why I love playing around with my art so much. It’s all for that zen-like moment of ideas and craftsmanship coming together perfectly.

Sorry this took so long i really wanted to do it right.
My Current Glee consists of two things at the moment and ironically they are a bad habit and the tiniest little pathetic shred of hope. The 1st thing to make my “heart do a little happy dance” is a strange habit I developed this month. After brushing my teeth at night I pick a lipstick and put it on. It’s pure Glee. The insane part is I wear it to bed feeling glamorous with a fabulous little smile on.
The second is that shred of hope i got the other day when my former Best friend of 9 years accepted my Facebook request and gave a comment. She hasn’t spoken to me in two years and I thought I might never talk to her again. My heart does a little happy dance at the thoght of being friends with the best friend I ever had again. This newfound hope is my Glee.

My GLEE moment is sitting inside alone with my kitten on a Friday night eating pizza and watching Criminal Minds! I know it doesn’t sound very thrilling but allow me to explain…
My boyfriend of three years and I broke up this past weekend, needless to say I was heartbroken. Even more unfortunate is the fact that I have not been single for more than a week in the past 12yrs, and for once I don’t have any promising candidates for replacement.
Earlier this week I was very horrified at the idea of being alone, having to eat alone, sleep alone, etc. So to ease my nerves last night I purchased a kitten from the local Humane Society, I have named him Harley-Quinn and I have to admit, the studies they do on ”Petowners being happier people than non-petowners” are 100% true, the old me would have DIED at the concept of being home alone on a Friday night eating pizza but truthfully I’m loving it, I can sit in my pajamas, order all my favorite toppings on my pizza, and watch whatever channels I want to!
So in short, my GLEE is learning to be comfortable with myself.
Hope everyone’s weekend is well. <3

In the past few years, I’ve been lucky enough to experience quite a few GLEEful moments.
When I was sixteen, I won the chance to meet & interview Aly & AJ and decided to stay up all night and make the duo tops, since I love creating clothes. I gave the girls my creations when I met them the next day, which they loved enough to wear during their concerts. Seeing what I personally made on celebrities for the first time was more incredible than I can say.
Next was when Skye Sweetnam allowed me to create a dress for her. She even took the time to send me a nifty, hand-made note for it. [which I saw she made you one as well for your make-up. :)]
There’s so much more GLEE to share, but I’ll leave it at that.
Life can be full of unexpected & amazing moments. I love feeling those uncontrollable butterflies whenever I get excited or incredibly happy. It’s the best feeling in world.

My GLEE would have to be old Disney movies! It all started when I realized I haven’t seen Cinderella in years, I used to watch it every day as a little girl. From there I just went on a cute Disney film watching spree! Enchanted makes me the happiest of all. I LOVE the dresses that she makes out of curtains and bedsheets. And Fanstasia inspired some great makeup looks.
That further inspired me to fall in love with Disneyland again. What is more wonderful than dressing up all cute and riding on the carousel? Or watching fireworks over the castle?

That would have to be British comedy at the moment, namely the Mighty Boosh. I just discovered a few months ago and (in the words of Kai-lan) it just makes my heart Super Happy! It’s weird, and surreal, colorful, imaginative, and ultimately fantastically HILARIOUS! I can’t remember the last time anything on tv has affected me in such a way. My biggest GLEE of the moment is my friends’ house this year. We all go to college together and a few of my good friends (all amazing cooks) got a house together off-campus. Their landlord is amazing and reimburses them for paint, so the whole house is painted wonderful greens and blues and candybox colors. We study and cook and eat, and there’s a wonderful porch with rocking chairs where we sit (when it’s warm) and drink beer or tea or girlie mixed drinks after class.
They just got a new kitten so the floor is always littered with “cat toys”—pens and pencils, balled up pieces of paper, a dinosaur plushie I made years ago. We are all in love with the kitty (although I’m convinced she’s not the smartest cat ever).
There’s an iPod hookup to speakers in the (green) kitchen, so we’re always dancing and singing.
We take care of each other. I sleep over there a lot. They’re my family and they’re marvelous.

My biggest glee moment is when I leave a sticky note in a library book or on a public bathroom mirror, telling a person that they are beautiful, inside and out. Thye reason I leave these notes around is because people are going to fell happier when they are in the middle od doing an evry day task, and BAM, there is a not telling them about how wonderful they are.
So that’s my glee moment, because I know that sometimes people just need to hear something postive from a random stranger. I know someone once left me a note telling me that I’m always loved, and years later, I still have the note.
Anyways, keep up the great work Doe Deere:)

Hey Doe
What really makes me do my happy dance lately is when i wake up in the morning and I can hear that small pitter-patter of rain on my window. And i pull on my fuzzy nightgown and i tip-toe downstairs and make sure not to wake my mum and dad. And i make myself a cup of hot tea with lots of sugar. And i sneak back upstairs to my room and sip my tea while reading a fairy tale book. Thats my favorite thing right now!

I just got back from 2 weeks away- but rather than being upset at coming home i am just so happy that i have such a nice life here! i have always found coming back from holiday so depressing but not this time!!
I try to find glee in all things-we should never take advantage of anything or anyone and try to look at the good things we have rather than wanting the things we dont have!
