If someone created a makeup product in tribute of me, it would definitely be a set of super plush false eyelashes in a dramatic black. I’d call them “Lash-ious” (like luscious!)

I’d pick lashes because they have become my signature beauty product. I used to only wear them when I went out and wanted to feel extra fierce, but they’ve become such a staple in my makeup box that sometimes I’ll put them on just to go to the grocery store with a little more gusto. They are just the perfect way to draw attention to the eyes, which so many people call their best asset. Plus, eyes are the window to the soul, so who wouldn’t want them to stand out? :)

  • Megan says:

My line would be called “Loveless Vanity.”

It would be a line of lipsticks and eyeshadows in the shades of bruises.

  • Lola says:

I had to check all my make up to figure this one out. I really love make up but am too lazy to wear it every day so I would want something that doesn’t take half an hour to put on but still is fun and fresh.
Probably a line of eyeliners in cool colours; black, green, purple, blue, magenta etc. Very full colours that stay on all day and with filt tip so that it is easy to put on.

It would definetly be named Freaky Everyday, same name as my fanclub that I invented a couple of years ago ^^ (http://freaky.invisible-whisper.com
unfortunately it is only in Swedish now…)

Oh deer… I have never realized this before… I really need to get some eyeliners…

    love

  • Heather says:

If someone were to create a product for me I quite think it would be a mineral eyeshadow. Deepest black with gobs of red glitter and incredible power to stay put. It would be called “The Diary of a Melancholy Dolly.”

  • Petra says:

I think it would have to be an opalescent nail polish, and I mean REALLY opalescent. It would probably have to have loads of little flakes of other colors and glitters mixed in a semi translucent pale color. It would go on smoothly and only one coat would be needed.

Opals are both my favorite gemstones and my birthstone.

  • Alicia says:

My makeup product would definitely have to be a loose pigment in a bright/soft pink with iridescent gold and purple sparkles.

It would be called “Magic Bus” and it would be beautiful.<3

  • Kristi says:

I’m inspired by ‘galactic’ fashions, so something really modern, and sleek. Your “Shoe Addict” eyeshadow reminds me of that. It’s a reason why I like bright colors, oranges, blues, pinks, and purples because when put with silver or anything like that it looks like it came out of a science fiction movie or something. Call me nerdy, dorky, whatever, but the simple, sleekness of ‘alien architecture and interior design’ fascinates me. A lot of modern architecture and interior design are often inspired by that too. So something a long the lines of contemporary, modern, etc. I mean bright eyeshadow is a pretty modern idea for every day wear =)
I also have an interest in space/aliens,etc

  • Sara says:

If someone were to make a makeup product in tribute to me, it would be called Vicious Violet, and would be a super dark black liquid eyeliner packed with a rich metallic sheen of purple micro-glitter. To give it a taffeta-esque color change appearance :D It would be super long lasting, non-running, and smudge proof, for all day rockin’!

  • Kim says:

I had to think a lot for this one, but the product would be called “Morpho by midnight”. I love morpho butterflies and their iridescent wings! It would be an eyeshadow that really catches the light and reflects it in different blue hues (Like the morpho’s wings) and glow in the dark. Yup! I love sparkles and especially glow in the dark stuff, so it would have to be noticeable even in the dark.

Oh…and VERY VERY resistant. I have teary eyes and I am always ending up with little makeup at the end of the day, even if I put a base. So yes. VERY resistant.

  • Caitlin says:

The Gothic Lolita Collection where everything is named with things like “petticoat powder” or “Miracle Candy Eyeshadow.”

  • Camilla says:

Hm I think if someone were making a tribute product to me it would be a lipgloss. I have no luck finding a lipgloss in a colour I like! The colour would probably be beige/pink with a hint of glitter in it and it would need to be durable and non-stick. I’d call it Camilla Caterpillar after my childhood nickname :P

  • naomi says:

For me, it would be a palette; a golden flecked soft purple (but not quite pastel, subtle but saturated…practically impossible) to bring out my green eyes with a shimmering pale pale yellow-white for a highlight colour. The lip colour would be a opalescent light pinky purple gloss scented like vanilla cupcakes, not at all sticky. The products would have to be earth-friendly and never tested on animals. The packaging would be pale grey recycled paper with flecks of purple flower petals.
The palette would be named “Zenaida mocroura” after the Mourning Dove, one of my favourite birds.

  • Indigo says:

I thinke mine would be called “Pink Pony Pantomime” and would most likely be a series of perfect pink products (haha, one can guess I really like alliterations?): Lipstick, Eye Shadow, Blush – all candy-like. Yummy!
The style would spin around a (vanity) fair: Merry-go-rounds, cotton candy and the curious travelling people. Oh, what glee!

(Sorry if that sounds weird, no native speaker here)

  • kelly laurel says:

a magic eyeshadow that not only managed to come out in all the sparkly colors of the rainbow across my eyelid but also gave me the ability to make stories come to life by using my eyes.

  • PaintHead (jessie) says:

“If someone was to create a makeup product in tribute to you, what would it be and what would it be called?”

Maybe “Glitter Flurries”, since i love anything that glitters, and flurries because i love when the first snow falls. The cool thing is when the sun hits the glitter u will see an aray of neon colors.
So i guess it would be more of a glitter spray for the body and hair. I don’t know if this counts as a makeup product.

  • Jessie says:

If someone were to create a makeup product for me it would be an eyeshadow that changes colors based on temperature so you never know exactly what color you’re going to get. One day it might be green, the next purple. I’m always changing personally, and because of that I like my makeup to change with me. :) It would be called Gumdrops In Vegas.

  • Shannon says:

If somebody were to create something that I’d wear all the time it would be a beautiful shimmery trio of black, grey, and white. I’d be able to make the most wonderful smokey eye. I think it would have to be called Trig.

On the other hand, if somebody were to create a product based on me it would be a matte electric purple shadow called Curious.

  • Rae says:

If I had a makeup line, there will definitely be an array of shadows. I’d like to specialize in fun, bold, lipstick colors. I feel like lipstick’s just not getting as much attention as lip gloss lately, since many girls are afraid to wear dark or bright lips. I want to change that, maybe even revolutionize lipstick in general?

Of course, I’d have some glosses as well, but they’ll actually stay on the lips (not getting in your hair) and actually give good color. I’d have some fun 3D colors (like a blue-pink color).

Woah, I’m way too excited imagining this. I think I’d call this line “Raenkiss Makeup.” “Bright ideas to light your rainbow.”

  • Nathalie says:

If someone would create such a thing for me it would definately be non-smudge, super-easy-to-apply, charchoal black, liquid eyeliner.

Every morning I get up ten minutes earlier than I actually have to just so I can use my liquid liner. I always strive for the perfect line with the perfect feather-stich. I also, every morning, have to use cotton sticks to even the lines out. But after this much struggle for such a vain thing as an eyeliner I always leave home looking fab. The problem is that during the day it tends to smudge so to maintain the very thing I left with in the morning I have to go to the bathrooms every two hours or so.

So why would someone tribute me with a perfect, liquid liner? Because no one but me sees the mistakes, ’cause I work so hard fixing them, and then believes that I actually have that perfect line with no work. So to tribute me they would create what everyone thinks I already have – and then I could use it and won’t have to do that extra work all the time. They would name it “Midnight Mystic” hence that’s what I want to be like, a walking enigma with perfect eyeliner.

    :)

  • I love painting my nails in the colors of the rainbow. It makes me smile every time I tap out an email, or collect a palmful of change from a cute barista. Finding bright, matte nail polishes in Crayola colors is next to impossible, however! Most companies seem to be content to product the ten billionth shimmery pink.

The Candyrave Cupcake Collection would include an array of nail polish in bright, solid, no-chip ROY G BIV, and would be so distracting it would have taken me an hour to type this comment!

  • ButacuP says:

I think my tributary makeup would be a loose eyeshadow. It would be an electric neon yellow with lots of shimmer. This fabulous shadow would be named ButacuP. (teehee!) When I think of buttercup I think of two things the flower and the character from the movie Princess Bride. These two are the inspiration to my name and I think they should be the inspiration to my tributary makeup.

  • dicie says:

My name is Dicie, and in French that would be translated as “risqué” so I think my line would be “Risqué and Raunchy” because… I’m like that.

    xoxo dicie

  • Krista says:

Mine would be called Madame Malevolent because it was once my pro domme name. I still use it from time to time when I’m incognito.

  • Nina says:

I love cats and my undying love for them will definitely be reflected in my makeup! My line would be called NinaHeartToby, in honor of my beloved Persian cat. I want an eyeshadow palette called “My Only Sunshine” with shades of shimmering gold, burnt orange, bronze and brown, reminiscent of Toby’s fur and eye colors. I just love the way he glows when the sun shines on him. The perfect gloss to accompany that eyeshadow palette would be “Toby’s Kiss”, a shimmery nude lip color with gold and orange reflects! I envision the packaging to have those cat scratches as if a cat actually mangled the product but in a nice way of course. My logo would be a simple depiction of a cat’s nose in the shape of a heart and whiskers.

  • Danielle says:

When I was a high schooler in BRACES, the only color I found acceptable for my chains was hot pink. Well, the orthodontist didn’t have hot pink chains. They had to order them special…just for me.

Almost a decade later, I’m still infatuated with all things in that bright color. If my own makeup line were to be created, I’m pretty sure it would have to be called something along the lines of “Hot Chain,” and would definitely feature offensively neon pink nail polish and sparkling shadow. :)

  • Alexandra says:

My must-have item in the morning is mineral powder foundation– so, if someone were to dedicate something to me, it would have to be the softest powder in the world, giving off a matte baby doll look with just one application. It would feel as light as air and give me a fresh, spring-like expression. =D

The name would have to be something along the lines of “Fairytale Princess”, since every girl wants to be a princess on the inside, really! ♥

  • Amy says:

I would have a makeup line specifically for porcelain beauties. it’s impossible to find anything for the truly pale ladies. the colours would be palates of a pretty pastel shade and a daringly bold colour, so that we could go from day to night with one compact. I’d like them to have oxymorons as names too, so a soft blue and a dazzling fuchsia could be named “Hot Ice”
ooh, now I’m getting ideas to start my own line! Look out Doe, you might have some new competition!

  • cami macek says:

it could be a black eyeliner that lasts at least one fully week, without any blur, and should be called “no more eyeliner dark circles tomorrow morning” (=

will you send the prize to other countries? i’m from brazil!

  • Tara says:

The line would be called Baxbogymgyemk – meaning ‘the flow of colours’ or butterfly. It would include bright, vibrant colours such as electric blue, jade green, atomic pink, magenta, orange, royal purple, banana yellow, teal, turquoise- all the colours that I’ve dyed my hair with XD http://i40.tinypic.com/9ljxc2.jpg – into highly pigmented eyeshadows, mascaras [not just a shimmer of colour, but one coat will give you true blue or pink or purple lashes], and lip stains. Also, I’d want the line to be organic with little to no preservatives or any icky fillers.

  • Ishara says:

If someone was to create a makeup product in tribute to me, it would definitely be an eyeliner! I cannot live without a little black around my eyes!
It would probably be called Nisha ke Kajal because Nisha means night and kajal is eyeliner!

  • camila says:

if someone was about to create a product for me it will be to thing… since am the most colorfull and full with brightness and sparkle person… they will create a iridescence shadow! like a rainbow, and it wiil be like a duochrome or a treechrome so depends on the color you have underneath it will be that color, like is is on its own it will have a rainbow reflect, with a yellow base it will be yellow with rainbow sparks but still very bright and it goes on and on..
the second product will be lashes!! and i knooow the are not makeup but are in the same category… they will be neon yellow all the way and long at the end and some purple dots in the final lashes!!!! jajaj

    magic makeup!

  • dh says:

My makeup line would be a combination of childishness and candy. My line would have a bubble-heart compact with a transparent whitish powder called “sundress.” Blush would be a smaller heart compact with a blush swirled with pastel pink and irridescent gold called “lolipop.” And for lipstick? It would of course be classic red in a classic shiny packaging called “mom’s lipstick.” :)

  • Jenn says:

I really love lipgloss and music. Two of my most favorite things! I am addicted to anything pink, especially bright pink. My product would be a hot pink, almost fuchsia lipgloss that comes in a pot called ‘Bubblegum Pop’, which would not be sticky at all and of course, would have a wonderful bubblegum scent.

The color would go on very subtle, with just enough color so you could see where it was being applied. It would adjust to every person differently but would always be a shade of pink that POPS! The packaging would be very cute as well (which is always important). The pot would be hot pink with black stars on the bottom half. The top half would be hot pink and very soft and feathery to the touch (similar to a powder puff) with a small black bow in the middle.

  • Genesis says:

If someone were to create a makeup product in tribute to me it would be a hot pink eyeshadow(veluxe pearl finish) inspired by my favorite flower the hibiscus. The reason being because I planted this flower by myself in my back yard and have cared for it. Like me this flower has grown and flourished through positive energy overcoming the negative! The name of the eyeshadow would be hibiscus ( simple I know).

  • Martha says:

It would be the most perfect lipgloss in a midtone peachy coral with gold reflects and would be called Diva Devine :)
    <3

  • Maria Love says:

For me it would absolutely be an eyeshadow something pink based but sort of “rainbow-ish” so that when I move the color will sort of transform into different colors of the rainbow. Why? Well because I base my daily outfits and makeup looks on which eyeshadows I’m in the mood for. (complete eyeshadow addict)

My eyeshadow will be called Eye Love because it’s eyeshadow and my name is Love. ;)

  • PonPon says:

There’s two things I think of, and I can’t decide between them. My favorite colours are black and bright green, so I would be a black mineral eyeshadow with really bright green sparkles.
Or, I love butterflies, so I would be black and green butterfly wing eyelashes.

  • Sonya says:

Mine would be a series of royal blue make-up — liquid liners, mascara, eye shadow AND lipstick. Royal blue has been my favourite colour since I moved from Russia to America 20 years ago, and someone on the playground asked me what my favourite colour was. I really like folktale stuff, so it would be called Baba Yaga or Needle in an Egg or something. I’d get her to do my packaging designs. :)

  • Andreea says:

If someone were to create a makeup product in tribute to me, honestly I’d be one happy camper. :3

I think it’d have to be an eyeshadow duo, appropriately called “Equiluxe” in honor of how nearly balanced my personality can be.

The first shade would represent my “day time” self; a vivid Caribbean aquamarine, like a crystalline ocean, with flecks of gold that sparkle
the same way waves sparkle in the sunlight. It’d represent the half of me that that’s relaxed and carefree, euphoric; the half of me that everyone loves being around.

The second shade would then represent my “night time” self; a night-sky blue, so dark it’s almost ebony, with pinpricks of shimmering white that epitomizes the way moonlight doesn’t break through darkness, but complements it. This shade would express the other part of me that’s dark, mysterious, quiet, lonely; when I’m like that, most people are often intrigued or confused by the mindset I have.

  • Hannah says:

A make up product would have to reflect both my sweet, girlie, glamorous side, and my more dark, Gothic side. (: Something like “Sweet Un-Valentine” would be perfect, and I’d have it in red packaging, with some form of a heart on the packaging, since I’m getting a red heart tattooed when my skin is well enough again. (:

  • Allison says:

Dark purple liquid eyeliner: Crayon Royale

  • Kat K. says:

A hot lime-green eye shadow that would flouresce under blacklights called Drama Queen Diva. It would let out the inner drama club wierdo in all of us: there are few things more fun than going all out onstage, especially when it’s over-the-top. It’s particularly inspired by my favorite audition monologue of all time — a bad actress, acting horribly over-the top, in a terrible one-woman show. SO MUCH FUN!

  • Mei says:

Madison! You played at Symphony Hall?! That’s pretty snazzy! My university orchestra is playing there tonight!

Hmmm if I were to inspire a make-up product, I think it would be called “Galactic Sex Liner,” and would of course be a dark, luscious, nebula-esque multi-tonal metal liner with sparks of silver mini-glitter. Something crazy and unpredictable. ;D

  • Miranda says:

I think a sparkly white with a shimmer of pale blue for the eyes would be just perfect for me. It would be called Quixotic. It is a word that has been used to be described me many times. I am a hopeless romantic and have been for all my life. Luckily for me I have found my Prince Charming. If there were a line to go with it it would be a pale pink blush (much like Antoinette) and a deep red lipstick, almost plum colored. The line would be called Fairest. Everything would have a light shine to it to create an almost otherworldly feel.

  • Jen says:

I would want it to be a series of colored mascaras that ACTUALLY COLOR YOUR WHOLE LASHES rather than just adding a tint of color to them. Royal blue, red, bright yellow, orange, neon green, purple, white, gold, silver, etc. They would have “rubber” bristles because I’ve never found mascaras that lengthen and separate better than that kind. They would coat your lashes the same way black mascara does and be completely in-your-face. It would almost look like you’re wearing crazy falsies or like your lashes are painted. The formula would be all-natural and safe for your eyes, not tested on animals, and paraben-free. The packaging, including the tube, would be from recycled materials and would be recyclable and biodegradable. Proceeds would go to several different animal rescue organizations I’m affiliated with. And the price would have to be no more than $15 a tube so anyone can afford it. There would also be special edition tubes with the mascara on one end and a complimentary lip gloss on the other end. The line would be called 30 Lashes (a sexy pun with a whip in the logo). The reason this series of products could be a tribute to me is that I have always been obsessed with my eyelashes and am always seeking out which products will make them look as long as possible…I am pretty widely known for this obsession. And anything done in my honor would have to benefit animals in some fashion.

  • Sam says:

If I ever got my own makeup line, my first product would be a lipstick. It would be a glossy limey/acid green with micro-fine darkish red glitters in it, so that it looked almost iridescent. I would call it Poison Arrow (like the frog- I love the crazy bright colors they have, especially the greens and reds!)

  • Jessi M. says:

A make-up product after me, would be a slightly shimmery, light pink iridescent face powder. All encased in an adorable round compact in lime green and black.

The powder itself would just be called ‘Angel Skin’.

I’ve always been complimented on my skin, and I love light shimmers.

Lime green and black are my favorite colors. :)

  • Aeon says:

If there was a make-up product that paid tribute to me, it would me a deep, matte, cool-toned RED lipstick. The kind of red that would invite a make-out session with cute strangers. The kind of red that Robert Smith would sloppily draw on his lips. A mysterious shade of red. :)

It would be named after my favorite Cure song, Charlotte Sometimes, but I’d call it “Scarlet Sometimes”

  • dorion says:

for me, it would be a mascara since i have asian eyes where the eyelashes presses against the skin.
i have tried them all, and the only mascaras that doesn’t smudge off on my skin are the ones that “tubes” the lashes and won’t go away until you wash it off with 37- 38 degrees (celcius) of water.
and sometimes this warm water can be a pain in the ass, the eyes are very sensitive you know :P

i would have the perfect mascara that wouldn’t smudge off to my skin, and that was easily cleansed off with lukewarm water!
it could be called something like “doddoworks” cuz that is my signature name :)

  • charlene says:

It would hands down be LIPGLOSS. It would be a tri-coloured gloss, one nude, one coral, one HOT BANGING BOLD RED! oh…it wud be called “Bad Gyal” – that’s Jamaican style. haha….Bad Gal…in American. :)
