I used to live in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, and the cold, plus the wind, plus the dryness would wreak havok on my skin! But what I adore about winter is that I can wear my very cute rat mittens that I adore, and I think Canadian girls, all wrapped up in their cute mittens, hats, scarves...I think they're quite stylish!
