So I may have gone a leeetle overboard with this look. ;) But who cares, it was fun! :)
Assuming you even want to do this – you can start out by applying black mascara to both lashes. I recommend putting on a light layer of foundation onto eyelids before applying heavy eyeshadow, to give your makeup lasting power. Paint dark green cream color on with a brush around the eye, extending far outwards like shown in the first picture and a little bit around the inner corners. While the eyeshadow is still wet, dab on the Neon Yellow glitter with your finger right on top (do not smudge). For inner corners and lower lid Tangerine glitter was used.
I used liquid black eyeliner on the waterline and along the top lashes, and then stuck on the falsies. Concealer under eyes and where needed. Foundation where needed. Loose powder on top. Red blush on the cheeks. Make sure to shake off the excess off of the brush before applying otherwise you’ll end up like a clown ;)
I drew a medium-sized heart on my cheek with a red lip crayon (you may use a lip pencil, then fill it in with red lipstick). To give it shimmery texture, I applied Red glitter on top of the sticky lipstick and finished it off with Yellow glitter, which goes right on top of red. If you accidentally put glitter outside the lines, no worries – scotch tape will clean it right up! I gave the heart a thin black outline with liquid eyeliner.
Start out by creating the desired shape with a dark-red pencil, then fill in with any orange-red lipstick. We’ll use lipstick’s sticky surface to stick glitter on. First I dabbed on some Red glitter with my finger, then yellow right on top of that. Make sure you apply more yellow to the center of the lower lip to create the 3D effect. Voila!

Where did you get that wig?
There is no such thing as glitter overload.
