Tales of the Unicorn Queen

Harlequin

INGREDIENTS

  • Red glitter
  • Red & Black creme shadows
  • Red and Black eyeshadows
  • Black brow pencil
  • Liquid black eyeliner
  • Dramatic false lashes
  • Cherry red lipstick

Started out by applying black mascara thickly on top and lower lashes and then lining eyes with black liquid eyeliner (including on the inside). Wet a medium-sized brush and apply the Red cream shadow onto your eyelids slightly extending above the crease. Apply Red glitter on top with your finger while the eyeshadow
is still wet. That way it sticks wonderfully and stays on forever!

I underlined my eyes with black powder eyeshadow (very close to the lashes) focusing on the outer corners. Try to blend it to that the inner corners stay light. With a medium sized brush I applied wet Black cream eyeshadow under one eye and drew an uneven “running mascara” line down the cheek. Black liquid eyeliner was used to draw dots extending towards the hairline on the same eye.

I drew them on with a black eyebrow pencil and gave them a ‘demonic’ shape. How goth of me! Haha. :

I used a lot of concealer and foundation for this look. Basically, you want your face to look ridiculously
white. Apply the skin stuff all over your face (and neck, if it’s much lighter than your natural skin color). I used a Red powder shadow for blush (make sure to shake off the excess before applying!! Otherwise it’ll
come out really bright). Now that I look at the pictures, I wish I’d put the blush on right in the middle of my cheeks as opposed to to the side like I did. Don’t bother blending. You want the red circles on your cheeks
to be prominent and round!

Came out really cute! I have this Max Factor lipstick in Rouge Red I believe that I love to death! If you feel like your hand isn’t as steady, draw on the shape with a pencil first, then fill in with lipstick. I just pressed on the tip against my lips and this is how it came out. Voila!
