Ready for the best news, ever???
Harlow Magazine issue #4 is out — and it contains my 8-page editorial called ICE QUEEN!!!! (Yes, we know it’s almost summer and we don’t care!) Harlow is one of my favorite publications because they straddle the line between alternative and high-fashion. Ice Queen was a collaboration between me and my New York friends, including several outfit/makeup & hair changes. It is probably the best work I’ve done to date. It also may or may not feature one of the new Lime Crime lipsticks coming out over the summer. ;)

Ok, I have to know (I’ve seriously been trying to do this for costumes for ages) what was used here to white out your eyebrows. Seriously. Summer is obviously the time for ice queen outfits!

My eyebrows are already pretty light, but you can use concealer + high-shimmer white eyeshadow such as Top Hattie brushed on top. That’s what we did. :)
Oh, wow! Where did you get/who made that dress? Its amazing! I would love to learn to make dresses like that. And I love the headpiece too.

As Much as I might love that amazing dress or the inside scoop on a photo shoot I really feel ill about the whole thing. You wore REAL fox fur (I KNOW I asked leonid)! I’m so dissapointed in you. Why bother with vegan make-up, donating to cat shelters and last i heard going vegetarian when you wear some poor animals skin to try and look cool. I’m not some vegan hippie animal rights psycho but it seems so immensly unnescesary to wear fur that its one of the things that gets to me the most. I mean faux fur exists! You didn’t have to, I thought thats what you believed in. Why couldn’t you stand up for it?
