INGREDIENTS

  • Sea-green loose glitter
  • White cream eyeshadow
  • Milani ‘Clover’ (dark green)
  • Liquid black and green or blue pencil eyeliners
  • Black mascara
  • Green or blue mascara
  • Pink lip gloss
  • Tiara (optional) :)

Apply black mascara to top lashes and green/blue to lower. Put foundation all over the eyelid to your brow. Dark green powder eyeshadow goes on the upper lead and into the crease, extending on outer corners. Now it’s time to pick up that blindingly bright WHITE! Draw stripes with a thin brush. Underline the eye right under the lashes. Don’t forget the inner corner. Let the paint dry.

I used black liquid eyeliner to create the darker accents – a couple more outward stripes and dots. Blue (or green) eyeliner is applied on the waterline and around the inner corner of the eye. Now on to my favorite part, that really sets off this look – glitter! Dab a little bit of plain lotion (don’t smudge) with your finger tips right over the green eyeshadow and apply glitter on top of the sticky surface. I use fingers to apply glitter by the way.

Do your skirt as usual. You do want to use light pink blush on the cheeks though to give them more definition. For lips, I used Maybelline Shiny Licious lip gloss. It’s clear with a light tint, has a nice taste and stays on forever. I used a color called Berry-Bella. Voila!
