Inspiration: Gardens
Category: Inspiration
Gardens are magnificent. Daisies, cherry blossoms and roses have taken my sanity – and I don’t want it back. So much I am inspired by these children of the flora! I sense a new style evolution abound…

What’s your obsession of the moment?

Emilie Autumn. Her clothing and makeup are amazing, and I haven’t been able to go a day without listening to her music in over a year.
Because of her, I’m absolutely loving the color pink right now.

I used to love EA’s style a couple of years ago. She (music & clothes) where such an inspiration to me! I made tons of Opheliac-inspired clothes and acsesories. I also loved her Enchant Era, thoug Opheliac was a nice change. But now…
Pink + Steampunk
..seriously?
I love the steampunk aesthetic (again, it’s a great source of inspiration!), but I think it just doesen’t mix well with her style. I’d save ir for Abney Park.
Anyways, I still love EA. She’s still a great musician, and her hair kicks ass.

I love that last one! MY neighbours had a tree like that, but they cut it down because it blocked the sun or something. Gah. Bye bye pretty pink tree :(

well i just got a new job, and its very conservative (crown casino anyone?) and ive always done my makeup loud and bold. I have fantastic yellows and brilliant blues. but nothing neutral. I hate the term neutral. But ive been a tad obsessed with fresh, dewy makup with rich gold (yet subtle) shimmers. Its really odd to need to tone down my makeup as my old job (whcih i hated so much) allowed me to wear whatever i want, but i have to be very official now. which i dont mind.
so yeah, loving a fresh natural glowy face with soft eyes (or bold black eyeliner as a contrast) then a natural lip.
so cute and pretty and a lot less boring.
