I do think the site looks awesome!! However I actually wish the image on the front page were smaller, because I can’t really see very much of it overall at once… (maybe I need a bigger monitor.. haha). I think it would be neat if you could click on the image for a bigger version and maybe even like.. some info about the look in that window?? Haha, sorry.. not sure if you’re looking for suggestions. I just notice stuff like that.

Ooh, just noticed a quick little glitch, though–you cannot create an account without supplying an address line 2 and a company name, which are supposed to be optional but are required… just pointing that out.

I <3 those colors!!!! Are you going to make any new lipsticks? I think white or green or metallic (not just gold or silver- but they would be my faves) would be really cool.

I love the site Doe! It looks great, but it won’t let me log in to my account. It’s saying my e-mail/password combination is incorrect, but I know what it is and I know I’m entering it correctly.

I had the same problem. Just click the Forgot Password link and reset it, easiest way to solve it.

Also, will the new shadows actually be getting their own pictures retaken?
At the moment, Duchess/Troubadour, Elf/Mischief Managed, Fairy Wings/Top Hattie/Nymph, Cupcake Thief/Primadonna/Abracadabra all have the exact same lines/cracks in the colours, highly suggesting they are just photoshopped colours on again.
We really want to be able to see the REAL colour, Doe.

In their defence, my guess is they just googled ‘cake icon’ and picked the seventh picture. Still, ignorance isn’t an excuse, and they could get in copyright trouble for using it!
Doe, I don’t want you to get in trouble! Replace it with your own design of a cake slice (it can’t be that hard to draw) so you know 100% it’s not ripped off :D

We just launched, and are still in the process of working on many of the graphics. A lot of the stuff will be changing and changing again throughout the weeks, including the Piece of Cake graphic. :)

Most swatches you see on makeup websites are digitally altered – there is nothing wrong with that, as long as they represent the color accurately. Of course, I’d like to do more for my customers, which is why each permanent color will have its own, real, on-the-eye swatch. Hope this answers your question.

Are all your eyeshadows vegan now? Did you take the carmine out of those two that had it in or are not selling them anymore? And if you took the carmine out what is replacing the red color?

PS. I only ask because on your new site you lump all the eye shadow ingredients together. They are not listed separately for each color.
