Lime Crime Candyfuture: colors 7, 8, 9
Category: Beauty

- #7 Airborne Unicorn – my personal favorite! My pride and joy, this purple is somehow pastel & neon at the same time, ah!
- #8 My Beautiful Rocket – pure luminous orange. Finally an orange that doesn’t have those annoying red undertones! As previously seen here (gosh, do I feel sneaky! ;)).
- #9 Centrifuchsia – fuchsia amplified to a cosmic degree – wear if you dare!
These colors are now eligible for the Vignette-writing contest (ends August 28). More info about the Candyfuture collection here.
Only one color left!!! Dare you take a guess, my deerlings? :)

…the last colour has got to be something outrageous. Come on, Doe, I’ve never managed to find a decent blue lipstick. I’m counting on you ;)

Here’s ma stories!
Airborn Unicorn:
Jess clicked her tongue gently, trying to get the shy foal to leave her mother’s side. No one had managed to get a look at the farm’s newest arrival yet, but Jess couldn’t shake the thought that, whenever she caught a glimpse of the foal, it was a shining, shimmering lavender, rather than a proper horse color, like brown or black. Suddenly, she heard a soft whinny. Jess could hardly believe her eyes as the foal cantered out past her mother. She had been right: her coat was a deep, majestic purple, and what’s more, a delicate horn crowned her forehead. Jess gaped as the foal ran and jumped, then sat down on the ground in shock as the baby unicorn leapt into the air….and stayed up.
My Beautiful Rocket:
The twins looked at each other and winked slyly, then burst into giggles. It was April 1st, and they had been busily planting pranks all over the space station. One teleporter would now only send occupants to the McBurger’s headquarters on Venus, and another had been reprogrammed to transport people only a few feet from where they had been. Mari had put green food coloring into the input valve for the day’s meals, and Cari was carefully placing “Out of Order” signs on stragecially chosen doors. The final show would come at dinner: Mari carefully applied Cari’s trademark teal eyeshadow, while Cari smudged Mari’s classic orange lipstick over her mouth. Yes, changing places was an old trick, but it was one they never tired of.
Centrifushia:
The captain was pretty sure the ship had a stowaway. Ever since departing the Crab Nebula, food had been vanishing, clothes were missing from the laundry, and Captain Neall had had the strangest feeling that he was being watched. Stranger still, he found that he almost enjoyed it! But he would always shake his head and concentrate on the ship before he let the thought of a mysterious stowaway distract him too much. Secretly, however, he liked to imagine that he now shared his ship with a beautiful stranger, perhaps a runaway princess from the Nebula, or an exotic political refugee. He could almost see her: dark auburn hair, glittering eyes, and gentle smile. When he looked in the mirror one morning to find a kiss on his cheek, left in violently fuschia lipstick, he smiled happily to himself, though again of that mysterious woman, and went up to the bridge for the day’s work.

Airborne Unicorn:
“I want one. That one,” she said, pointing to one in a delicious shade of pastel neon lavender.
They were wild and beautiful, just like the girl herself. Exquisite creatures that seemed made from candy floss and brushed metal, airships with the form of unicorns and the same spirit of wicked innocence.

My Beautiful Rocket:
He lay sleeping, all soft sighs and tender sounds of rest. It made her heartache to leave him. Another three months at the outer edges of the galaxy and then she’d have a year at home. A year with him without having to leave. Pressing her lips to his stubble roughened cheek, she left a perfect imprint of tangerine lips on his skin.
He smiled, pulling her close for another kiss. “My Beautiful Rocket,’ he murmured between kisses.
Another five minutes wouldn’t hurt.

Centrifuchsia:
The red carpet gleamed with internal light, a shimmering path leading from the curb to the door. All around lights flashed in shades of tangerine and candy floss pink, cobalt and peacock green. Flashbulbs and spotlights, dresses that twinkled in the dark and others that twinkled with darkness in the light. The entire event was a cacophony of sound and colour, dizzying in the display. Yet only one thing caught the eye.
Everything from her hair to her gown to the strappy sandals on her feet were glimmering white. Even her eyes were that pale shade of snow. Only her lips stood out, brighter than the lights around her and more attention getting than the red carpet itself. Questions came at her but she said only one thing as she walked inside, none knowing if it was her name or the intense colour that seemed to linger in the air with every airkiss she blew.
“Centrifuschia.”

Airborne Unicorn
Melinda was a cleaner in the city of Neopinkest. The bright lights, the fashionably dressed people, and the delicious smell the Bubblegum River emitted were the things that brought Melinda to the big city. She was very ecxited the day she left her candy cane farm. A tear dropped down her cheek as she said goodbye to her loved one’s. But it was a necessary step. If she wanted to be a big city gal she had to live in the city. “How did I end up here?”, she said as she pressed a button on her hover cleaner. She was dissapointed in the city and most of all in her. She had to work mercilessly in order to pay for the chef robot she took out a loan for. As she was thinking about all of this she saw them. The Airborne Unicorn troop. The mail deliverers of Neopinkest. They were also the idols of the city. So beautifully dressed and graceful in the sky. That’s why they were called the Airborne Unicorn. One took notice of the dirty looking Melinda in the street and flew down. “What is your name girl?”, the beautiful women asked. “M-Melinda mam”, she finally stumbled out. “Your doing a fine job cleaning the streets…. But I see potential in you. You look strong enough to survive in harsh climate. Would you like to deliver mail with us?”,she said. Melinda was shocked. Was this a dream? She couldn’t speak. The lady left Melinda her card and flew off. After a long deep breath she thought,”Maybe all this harsh work prepared me for this.” She floated on the thought that soon she too would be an airborne unicorn.

Melissa had a childhood dream! While all the girls wanted to be ballerinas she wanted to be something else! Something more! Yes, she wanted to be a SPACE ballerina! She’d twist and turn between planets and even the stars would feel shy with her stunning moves! She’d sparkle in the middle of the infinite darkness and she’d float under the milky way!
Of course no one was surprised when that beautiful bright rocket reached the skies, splashing music through the air…

Airborne Unicorn:
Ami Violet swore she wasn’t mad. And she swore she wasn’t dreaming. Despite her husband desperately trying to tell her otherwise she still believed that she had seen a unicorn flying over their cottage. The creature was small and dainty with silvery fur and, oh, a vibrant violet mane and tail. And then there was the horn, of course, a delicate pink spiral that could have been made of glass. And the unicorn flew around merrily, not so much as caring that Ami was staring at it with shock. And then the delicate creature flew off into the garden, Ami following as quickly as she could.
The unicorn rested amongst the mess of wildflowers, and when Ami approached she spotted a tube of lipstick before its shimmery hooves. ‘How odd,’ Ami thought, but she picked up the tube of lipstick all the same. And then, with that, the unicorn was airborne again, flying high into the sky.
Nobody believed Ami, but she knew she had seen the flying unicorn. And the violet lipstick in her pocket proved it.

My Beautiful Rocket:
“Flying monkeys! Flying monkeys! Get them by the dozen!”, the vendor said. Nene was amazed. She’d never been to Tangerina. Everything was so different here. There were mythical creatures, popsicle castles, a real chocolate river, and most of all the walls really were orange. In Electronica, her homeland, people would be repulsed at the sheer thought of it all. They had finally gotten into a time were anybody could have a robot or their own jetpack. As the name implies everything was eletronic. But not Tangerina. It had remained unchanged over the years. People still rode ponies and unicorns. She had only heard of this place in her granny’s stories, and she was finally here. “Fairy dust! Fairy dust! Get your magic fairy dust!”, she heard a small girl say. “How much?”, Nene asked. “Perhaps the color of your hair or maybe your name.”, the little girl answered. “hmmm how about my beautiful rocket in exchange?”, Nene said. “Well…. it’s ok i guess. here.”, she said while handing Nene the bottle of fairy dust. Nene gave her the keys in return. She didn’t mind, she was in no hurry to get home.

Centrifuchsia:
Centrifuchsia was the name of Lulu Ann’s planet. But unlike it’s name there was nothing really fuchsia about it. Ecxept maybe Lulu Ann’s hair. An electric color that would shock the very depths of your soul. People of Earth would sometimes pass by in their spaceships just to take a quick look at her hair. Her Earthling friends Chocola and Vanilla were the only one’s who thought she was normal. But then again they weren’t normal either. They were from Bonbon, the only place in Earth you could take a bath in the Caramelo springs, eat cotton candy clouds, and talk to ginger bread men. “Would you guys let me go with you?” she shyly asked her Earth fiends. “Of courrse!”, the both answerd.”Everybody is welcome in our sugary home”, they said together.

Didn’t guess but I am suspecting something to rival Lime Criminal in colour. Signature lipstick for the signature eye shade.
Figure no sparkles. That’s what the glitters are for, or even the eyeshadows in like Crystal Ball.
As for the naysayers and the disappointed ones, keep up the good work, Xenia. These are all colours that are striking and different and yet can be worn by most skin tones, many skin colours, and to almost any function, even work. Blue and white and such would be beautiful but not ever person could wear them without looking like a corpse.
Keep up the good work. These lipsticks, like all your other products, are wonderful.

Airborne Unicorn:
Leila slipped unseen into the dark interior of Sam’s Unicorn Emporium. Sam was a disgusting man who had made his fortuine selling Unicorns at half the price normal stables would sell them, not to mention half the living conditions. The sight and smell of hundreds of unicorns cramped up in tiny cages made her eyes water with disgust and sorrow. Unable to stand it Leila jumped up and ran through the stable, tearing cage doors open. “Be free!” she cried and a hundred Unicorns lifted off into the sky, airborne, creating a rainbow of tails, wings, and hoofs soaring into the horizon.

As Lola stood in front of her mirror she added a final touch to her outfit, centrifuschia a lipstick in the hue of perfect electric pink. It reminded her somehow of childhood, of what it meant then to be a woman, something magical and enigmatic.
It was New Years Eve and everyone was clinking glasses and getting drunk on bubbles and laughter. Lola danced and danced looking into everyone’s eyes, trying to grasp what it was that they all seemed to understand.
As she walked home alone she looked into the infinite rows of lit apartments. Each was it’s own universe of lovers or parties or loneliness, and within that so many more infinite universes. She bundled her arms to her chest thinking of the magical-nostalgic feeling of the neon lipstick. There was so much magic in life still, she’d seen in tonight in the kids eyes. It was something like…love, purpose…the future.

My Beautiful Rocket
While searching through an old vintage shop, she came across this delightful sweatshirt that was coated in bright orange coloring. Clutching the sweatshirt around her bodice, the orange suddenly began to take hold of her. “Everything must be orange!” she exclaimed. It was then the madness started. The walls were plastered orange, her hair transformed into a magnificent ‘agent orange’, even her name took on a new form as Miss Tangerine.
Alas, there was something missing. Her lips were forever left in a dull rosy coloring. This would not settle well with Miss Tangerine. She searched high and low; frustrated when luck escaped her orange paradise. However, the world turned topsy turvy as she spotted an orange container by her bedside with a note attatched: I believe this belongs to you. She giggled and named her precious object My Beautiful Rocket.

Little Emeline snuck into her mother’s bathroom as she was left all by her lonesome in the house. Now was her chance to be a little naughty. Searching extensively through her mother’s immense drawers and cabinets, there was nothing befitting of her wonderfully colorful self. But alas, there was yet one last cabinet door left to peek into. With a little hope, she casually opened the door and something magical landed on the countertop before her. As it lie there, Little Emeline saw an aray of glitter and pixie dust surrounding this magnificent object. She carefully opened the tube and out popped numerous star like designs. With a great smile plastered across her face, the Centrifuschia color seemed to draw itself onto her lips. She stared at her reflection in the mirror, only to see not the Little Emeline she knew but the Emeline she was to become.

The empress sat poised and bothered from the bitter cold of winter. Depressed and listless by the drabness, she called out a challenge to all the natives in her frozen kingdom “Find me something to warm me up! Find me something to brighten my world! Find me something…Fantastic!!” All of the natives scattered and quickly returned bearing gifts…Glorious gold necklaces, scintillating hot chocolates, beautiful birds to serenade her, toys and trinkets as fantastic as could be. The crowds gasped as the gift pile grew. Yet, the empress only sighed and fiddled with her heavy crown “I am through for the day, no more gifts. Nothing will please me.” There was one more visitor and the worried servants begged her to see him…He was dirty and carrying a small painter’s palette…The empress sniffled and walked toward him. “My dear empress” he began “I have worked day and night mixing colors…May I?” he dipped his brush into a small vat…The empress thought for a moment and leaned her face to him. He brushed a small amount of paint onto her lips and she motioned to her servant for a mirror…”Ah!” she gasped, breaking out into a fuchsia framed smile…The ice that covered her kingdom began to melt as the radiant empress spun in a circle, smiling and pouting and posing for the crowds. She leaned once more into the painter’s arms and kissed him ever so gently thanking him as he smiled “Amazing what a little lipstick can do, isn’t it?”

“I want the rainbow! I will have it!” Lilly said.
Asking the stars, and the moon above her head.
Every night she dreamed of being close to the clouds,
but never would say it out aloud.
“What foolishness” they would say, they would never understand.
I have to find it for myself and bring it back to this land.
Off she went searching very far, until coming upon a
purple wishing star.
Right below the star she saw a great site
A white unicorn glistened, to her hearts delight.
He said nothing but she knew what to do

“Louder Girls” the crowd screams.
This is what Lola heard in her dreams.
The roar of the crowd the guitar very loud, and
a glitter covered stage would soon bring her
band mates down. Lilah on drums, and Grace on bass
three girls with extravagant taste.
She wanted this dream oh so bad, so she decided
to save up for shopping spree with the cash she had.
It took some time but soon the perfect trip planned
to the planet Centrifuchsia. She was excited with her on guitar and
best friends in her band maybe one day they could rock this pink and purple land. She looked through the window and she found
glitter, and rainbow covered ball gowns. Then her favorite part
Outer Space Cosmetics, the coolest shop in the galaxy that would mix
up a lipstick made of whatever colours she needs.
A bit of purple a bit of pink…Centrifuchsia is what I’ll call it I think.
Back to earth the girls played a gig wearing the lipstick and lavender wigs.
Everyone in the crowd cheered at the best futuristic band they have seen
in years.

Centrifuchsia:
Mitzi put the coffee cup to her lips, draining it in one gulp. Putting down the cup, which was completely clean despite her fluorescent-pink lips, she set down her change and skipped to the door, which slid open as she approached. She put her clear umbrella above her head, stepping out into the pouring rain. Hovercrafts whirred by, their headlights cutting through the think rain and illuminating the freeway. Nights in the city were never dark. The neon lights of street signs, hovercrafts and buildings lit up everything. The only problem with that was you couldn’t see the stars too clearly. Mitzi sighed, looking through the clear plastic of her umbrella to the sky above, barely visible sparkles of distant suns dancing behind the veil of light. A smile played on her fuchsia lips. Maybe she’d take a walk.

The dog continued to walk, tongue lolling out of the side of his mouth. As he turned a corner, he caught the attention of a girl about to cross the street. The girl’s lips were painted an exotic orange. She stopped walking, the dog catching her eye. She bent down, far enough to be slightly level with the dog. “Rocket?” she whispered, patting the dog softly on the head. Her luminous lips stretched into a smile, and she stood up, attaching a leash to the dogs collar. “It’s good to have you back,” she laughed, walking across the road. “My beautiful Rocket.”

Countessa Fluorescent
She looked back; the shuttle was now a steel dot on the horizon
Looking through her Dior space helmet, she could see this place was a snow queen’s heaven; ice towers a hundred feet high sang as a rare wind scurried through them, all under the slight glow of a sun billions of miles away
‘Brrr’ good job I got here during a heat wave,” she said, it being a relatively pleasant -180 degrees Celsius.
Finally, she looked up and counted eight twinkling planets in their silent orbit;
This was the spot
Countessa Fluorescent, the first human on the dwarf planet Pluto stuck the pink flag of Candyfuturism into the rock

My Beautiful Rocket
Cortana gasped, it was the most perfect space rocket she had ever seen, bright orange, and decorated with pictures of her beloved Centaurette
“Thank you daddy! It’s perfect! But, wait a minute, don’t I recognise this from somewhere-?”
She went up close to the rocket and suddenly it clicked
It was Apollo 11! A rocket, with a fresh lick of paint, that was as beautiful now as it had been then, and now it was vintage!
“Cortana” her father began “Neil Armstrong was your great great great great Grandfather, he wanted to keep this shuttle in the family”
And then and there, Cortana swore to fill as many people with hope and happiness as her Grandfather and that first courageous voyage to the moon had
“My Beautiful Rocket”
Cinderella frowned; the cyber disco was filled with gorgeous Fembots, all freshly oiled. How would Prince Han even notice her? She sighed looking down at her loose bolts
But the Prince took one look at Cinderella’s 10 “ titanium quartz heels and pushed past her step-sister Leia
“Nice shoes, you ought to hold on to those babies!” he said with a shameless wink.
Forgetting all her inhibitions, Cinderella gave him a flirty smile “They were a gift from my Godmother. Now, care to take me for a ride on your beautiful rocket, Han?”
“Hell yes”
And, as the other Fembots cried, off they flew, an orange solar storm raging as Cinderella kicked off her heels

* #5 Great Pink Planet – cool pastel pink with a neon note. Zing!
———————————
What a perfect vacation! It was near sunset and the Hover-Cruiseliner Majestic was docked for the night at the Silver Sand beaches. Katerina watched a rocket take off from the other side of the island, enjoying the sparkle of the setting suns reflecting off the glossy fuselage.
She turned her gaze across the dancing waves, and observed Roseon, the Great Pink Planet, just above the horizon. Its soft pink glow behind thin clouds added another layer of color to an already spectacular evening sky. Katerina sat back in her lounge chair and waited to count the stars.

Centrifuscia:
Eve tip-toed carefully down the hangar. It had been a huge risk sneaking out of her dorm room, but she couldn’t resist. Students could be suspended for leaving their rooms, and expelled for what she was about to do.
She pulled the keys from her flight suit pocket, and gazed up at the glistening jet assigned to her just that day: Centrifusia.

Amazing colours,I actually want them all.
Mimi stood transfixed in the middle of the busy street. Behind her the bright festive lights twinkled, attempting vainly to steal her attention from the woman in the window. Mimi could not see her properly, her face half hidden by shadows. Suddenly the woman curved her bright, fuchsia lips into a smile. Those lips burned themselves into her consciousness. Mimi immediately realised that she had to have bright, brave lips and the attitude to match. Mimi knew this was the just beginning of something fabulous and exciting. She decided to return to the bright, noisy city, when the lips moved, spelling out their name – “Centrifuchsia”

My Beautiful Rocket:
Rocket gave herself one last look over in the mirror. Her sequined bustle skirt fitted just right to her hips and long legs, and the ruffles of her violet blouse practically glowed neon. She had just styled her white hair into a mass of untamed curls, and oh, the finishing touch for her look…
She grabbed her orange lipstick and painted her heart-shaped lips. It was the same shade she always wore, so much so that her orange pout had practically become synonymous with her name. Rocket smiled, satisfied. She then grabbed her dog-shaped clutch and stepped out into the technicolor city to dance the night away.

Here’s my entry for Centrifuchsia. Such lovely colors, more than a few of which I will no doubt find money somewhere… possibly the couch cushions, as you never quite know what’s hiding down there! lol
She tugged one braided pigtail nervously, snapping her gum and jiggling her foot. The white labcoat draped on the back of her chair swept the floor softly as she swiveled between testing stations. Her reading glasses slid down her nose and she shoved them back in place roughly, the pen in her right hand tapping out an incessant rhythm of annoyance. Stupid paperwork was distracting her from the all-important results of her experiment, which should be done any….. time…. now… thanks. She stared hard at the centrifuge, willing it to work faster. The papers in front of her seemed less and less important by the second. She sighed and put her head in her arms. From behind her came a sudden beep, and she swept into motion. The chair she abandoned, the glasses she threw. She walked over to the centrifuge and took a deep breath. Her hands gently shook as they inched the top open and— BOOM! The machine and its contents exploded all over the room, staining it bright… “Fuchsia?!!” She shrieked.
A week and a million showers later the color was still in her skin, bright enough to earn her a new nickname around the lab – “Centrifuchsia”. But she couldn’t quite get the fetching pink out of her lips! She pouted.
After a few days of the attention he striking new shade afforded, however, she decided the fuchsia wasn’t so bad. In fact, she might just completely adore it….
Here’s to Centrifuchsia, made to turn plain lab girls into gorgeous sirens! Thanks, Doe. :D

Centrafusia:
“It happened all so suddenly,” Minni thought to herself, smoothing out her bright pink dress, which, by no coincidence, is the same color as her blood. She thinks back to just a week ago, when she had gotten in that hovercar crash. Her beautiful, pink, glittering blood was splattered on the dashboard of her pink hovercar. The ambulance pulled up beside the scene of the crime; the EMTs had gasped, stared, and whispered among themselves, of course after Minni had been rescued and transported to the hospital.
Now, a media storm was raging outside, as well as a parade in her honor. Every one was dressed and decorated in that Centrafusica pink. The most famous TV news personality in the city, Ms. Unicorn, was in the middle of it all. “We have not had a Candy Princess for over 300 years; I repeat: over 300 years. Ms. Minni has the prequisitory pink blood of previous Candy Princesses.”. Ms. Unicorn tucks a rouge piece of laveder hair behind her perfectly pale ear.
Minni, still bearing a small scar on the right side of her face, prepares herself to the world as the Candy Princess, her dress the same hue as her pink blood.

Centrifuchsia:
Miss Dahrling stepped out of her flying limo, onto a shimmering liquid metal platform. All around her were people wandering in skimpy metallic and neon swimsuits. Even the light had a slight pinkish tinge to it. A pool to the left was filled with a rainbow tinted liquid and a few people floated about in it. Everyone was sipping pastel colored drinks or neon and gold flecked candies. There was a man nearby handing them out as they left the platform. A counter stood across the room. It was bright pinkish purple with the word “Centrifushia” floating in the air above it. “Nothing could be more fabulous or decadant as this” she thought. She had arrived at the most expensive resort in the universe.

Centrifuchsia:
Ritz was in her element and adrenaline was pumping through her veins. ‘Round and ’round the records spun just like a centrifuge, and with every note that rang out, rainbow transmissions beamed off the turntables. Electronic rhythms and synthesizers illuminated neon pinks, greens, blues, purples- the entire spectrum resonating from notes and pitches, lighting up the night sky with a rainbow of glamourphonic joy. The beats thundering through the city were all under her control. Being a DJ at Candy, the outdoor rave she established in downtown Cosmix, was her passion, and putting on a show for an eccentric audience gave her a heart full of glee. Her music, her electronic laser light shows, and not to mention her iridescent star dust spacesuits with matching fuchsia headphones she dons while performing her sets, were all under the spotlight for potential criticism, but through the loud volume and her even louder confidence, she had no worries. Candy was her creation and love, and tonight, nothing was going to stop her from making the entire nightlife get up and dance!

Centrifuchsia
Looking to the sky she wondered what it was like out there. Beyond the shield and the lights. What were other worlds like and why did they call to her? Then it didn’t matter why. A single dream and she couldn’t wait any longer.
Boarding her rocket cycle, she said goodbye to no one and took very little with her. She flew until her hands went numb and her lips were tinged blue. She flew until she saw it, first a speck and then a sparkle. The sky wasn’t gray and the neither were the people. Everything was candy colored and the sky… the sky was a brilliant shade of fuchsia with brilliant lightening bolts of blue and gold. This was what she’d dreamed of. This was where she belonged.

« Mom and Pop’s Juicebar space-shop; The best juice this side of the galaxy! »
That was the sign Izzie looked at everyday from her place. Oh! Back in the days, when her parents were running the show, there was no competition but now, that “Space juicy” was so, so popular… No matter what she was doing, her juices were just not enough.
Until one day, a woman came to the space-shop. She was kind and exotic, with her sparkly alicorn adorning her forehead. “I like you sweetie, here’s something your clients will talk about for ages to come!” The fruit was sparkly and had that perfect tint of fuchsia. Izzie looked at the woman leaving and put the fruit into the juice with her Centrifuge 8-000X.
Nowadays, they say that not only Mom and Pop’s Juicebar space-shop has the best juice this side of the galaxy, it is the best of the universe! Thanks to the mysterious fushcia sparkly fruit!

Airborne Unicorn
Lissa wondered through the stable. Her father was letting her pick out a horse for he birthday but she thought that all of these were simply drab. Brown and black and white. Sure they were nice, but something was missing. She was daddy’s little princess and what she was supossed to have was special. These horses weren’t that. Suddenly there was a gasp from outside as everyone turned to stare at the sky. Lissa rushed out as fast as she could just in time to catch site of a unicorn flying across the sky. She grabbed her daddy’s arm and pointed. “I want that one.”
My Beautiful Rocket
“Would you like to go for a ride?” Asked the salesman holding open the door to a gloriously shining orange rocket. Caterina squeals with delight. “Oh I thought you’d never ask!” Before her mother can say anything she slips behind the wheel and is off. When she returns she jumps out and grabs her mother’s arms. “It’s perfect! Can I have it? Please, please pleeeease!” Her mother sighs and nods. “You’re father won’t be pleased, but its yours.” Caterina lets out another squeal of delight and dances about. “Thank you, thank you!” She runs her hand along the side of the ship and purrs, “My beautiful rocket.”
Centrifuchsia:
Setting her bags down in the bare room of her dorm Katherine moans. “It’s sooo….gray.” Her big sister hugs her and looks at the room. “It’s not…so..bad. I mean…you’re probably not going to be in here much anyway.” She only moans again. “It’s too dark… I can’t stand it!” Just then she notices a paint swatch taped to the wall. It is brilliantly bright and fuchsia! Katherine snatches it off the wall and shows it to her sister. “Now this would be a great color.” Her sister makes a face. “Oh come one! It’s centrifuchsia!”

What’s the major difference between the Lilac one and the Unicorn purple lipsticks? Is it just that one is darker than the other, or brighter?
