I wore this to the L.A. gay pride parade. On this trip, I’ve challenged myself to wear only two colors: yellow and purple. They happen to be my favorites at the moment and I stuffed my lavender suitcase full of petticoats, dresses and accessories in those two colors. Fun!
You could sort of see through the skirt my purple polka dot underwear. Haha.

I’m a bit scarred by purple… it’s our school colors and also the color of our marching band uniforms. -shudder- not flattering in the least.

Not loving the socks with the outfit. I think if you used the same purple/pink from the top, throughout the outfit the socks won’t look out of place. It’s not really the right shade =/

I straightened my hair first, teased it a bit at the roots, sprayed with hairspray and then used a crimping iron!

It’s a medium purple base (China Glaze in Spontaneous) and lilac glitter (Color Club in Tru Passion) on top. Took me half an hour to find the right combo but it came out beauuuuutiful!
