Tales of the Unicorn Queen

Thanks for joining our rose-filled fun on Saturday guys! There weren’t a whole lot of roses at the garden but we did see sooo many more mind-boggling flowers at the Conservatory Garden! At the picnic, we stuffed ourselves with rose cupcakes AND rose lemonade (which were so good, we forgot to take pictures!),

blew iridescent soap bubbles,

got henna tattoos on a whim (Mark got a unicorn, I got a rose, Kat got a lime),

hid under gigantic elephant ears,

hung out with some old friends and made new ones (StevieBoi‘s eyewear is incredible!),

laughed about tons of random stuff,

jumped as high as we could,

spun around in the garden after dark,

and chilled by the fountain with Hoppy King!

I wore vintage dress adorned with flowers, negligee that I dyed light purple, shoes with shoe clips from ModCloth, and a pink rose in my hair. Special thanks to Kristin Jackson for doing my hair (too bad she couldn’t make it to the picnic because of an appointment).

More pictures on Flickr.

Here’s a quick video from the garden!

P.S. Airborne Unicorn (our purple lipstick) is back on sale – watch our Twitter for a special discount! :)
