INGREDIENTS

Prep your skin with moisturizer, let it sip it for a bit. There’s a lot of skin stuff involved in this look, so you’ll want your skin nice and moisturized to avoid blotchiness. In a few minutes proceed to apply foundation all over your face. That’s right, ALL OVER! I recommend foundation stick for these purposes (I use one by Shiseido because it matches my skin tone). Once applied, blend the foundation with a sponge to achieve an even complexion.

Pick up a large powder brush and apply translucent powder all over your face and neck. I used bright red eyeshadow for blush here – be careful to shake off the excess off your brush before applying onto your cheeks. If it came out too bright, wipe some off with a cotton pad and re-apply powder on top. Sometimes
just reapplying the powder is enough.

Black mascara is applied to top and bottom lashes. Cover eyelids with foundation or eyeshadow base. Liquid black eyeliner is applied on the waterline (be careful not to draw too close to the edge so none of that stuff gets in your eye!). We’ll do the top lid later.

The patch is drawn free-style with a medium-sized brush. Pick up some Mirror Mirror (reflective silver) with a wet brush. Don’t worry about the shape of the patch being perfect, just try your best. The trick is to start out small, allowing yourself room for correction. As you can see I covered my eyebrow with the patch. If you have darker eyebrows, you might have you cover them up with foundation.

Now this looks cool, but a bit flat since we used one color for the entire eye area. To give my eye depth and definition, I applied the Fairy Wings all over top lid and underneath the eye. With a thin brush draw on the ‘string’ connecting it to the patch and extending into your hairline.

Now it’s time to do the other eye – I used the same eyeshadows, just around the eye. When everything dries apply liquid eyeliner on the top lid, right over the glitter and everything else.

I wanted really succulent, bright lips so I use the brightest shade of red I had in my make-up case. Voila!
